  The location is misleading, there's not an office at the airport. They only store the cars that are dropped off there. Someone had to pick us up and then drive us to the branch downtown where we waited almost an hour for the employees to go pick up our assigned car from the airport, thoroughly process it, and then give us the rental. I'm not clear on why we have a reservation if the car isn't ready.

  No one was there to check out the car. Had to call and wait while they drove from another location in town. The car also had a very unpleasant BO oder.

  I would put a zero Stars if I could and still make a post we've been here two days in a row at the time they were supposed to be open nobody here we were lied to we missed getting where we needed to be because they don't want to show up and be at their job

  Honestly should have 0 stars. I have never filed a complaint before, so here it goes. Made our reservation online on Tuesday to pick up on friday. Continued to receive my itinerary from enterprise on my emails. Get there friday and the guy behind the service desk tells me that they have no available cars. Sold out. He tells me on Tuesday they called me after I made the reservation and left a voicemail. (There was no voicemail left) so I call the 1800 number and they tell me that there is a car at the airport location we have. She also tells me that I am an enterprise plus member and gives me a few bucks off my price.. fantastic right, to make up for the error at the main location. Arrive to the airport to find out they are only at that location when departures arrive, which luckily was only in 30 minutes. So I wait. The same fella (Tristan) from the main location shows up. Funny right.. so I stand there in front of the counter while he loads up his computers, etc. Say some small talk like "oh you have to jump from place to place." He says yep.. I wait 10 minutes, waiting for him to ask me if I needed assistance. A lady coming off the plane shows up, he asks her if she has a rental. And she points to me and says uh she was here first. He then says oh I'm sorry did you have rental? He then tells me as I'm standing there in shock that just like the other place they are sold out.. I left, I called the 1800 number but there is no way they could of got me a car in the two hours before I planned to leave town. Very poor customer service. Thankfully budget was able to get me in a car right away and on my way.
