- DMDasany Moua1 day ago5.0My boyfriend and I came in an hour and a half before closing and this loving employee named Caden G. helped us with putting a new battery in my Toyota. After that, he noticed the alternator belt was completely off the alternator which is why the new battery was not reading full voltage. Caden went above and beyond by replacing the alternator belt which allowed the alternator to spin and charge the battery to 13.9 volts. Ask for Caden G. during your next visit to this AutoZone location! I highly recommend this employee and mechanical engineering student (at OSU) to anyone needing help with their vehicle!
