    Waited for a 4x4 pickup and it was dark and closing time when I got the truck. Wasn't able to look it over good and got down the road and it wasn't 4x4. Never picked up at this location before but if at all possible I'll pick up from Ada if I can.

    Reserved a car from shawnee. I was told I need a major credit card or 2 utility bills which I dont have. Would not take state documents with my address on them, would not take a bank statement with my address on them. Employee was very rude and acted as he didn't know what he was doing. Ive rented from Enterprise multiple times with no problem till today.
