The guy that was working was also very friendly and provided knowledgeable information and specifics about the car before I left. The ONLY complaint I have is the $300 deposit that was taken off of my bank card instead of just putting a hold on it and being able to release it when I bring the car back after everything checks out okay. I understand that the workers there at Sapulpa store have no control over this and this comes from higher up but you would think with a company this big there would be a better solution to having to wait days for your deposit to come back

In addition, low tire warning and oil change warning was on when the vehicle was given to me. Six times I tried to get a vehicle with them and they failed EVERY time to do what they said they would do. Both of the guys that work there are too busy trying to BS customers instead of providing customer service.

When I needed to add days to the original rental dates I just called and it was done over the phone. I'm pretty busy so this was very convenient. Definitely recommend this Enterprise location!
