    I’ve rented with Enterprise for years, and this experience at the Owasso, OK location reminded me exactly why I keep coming back. The process was simple and truly in-and-out. The employees were friendly, professional, and communicative from start to finish. There were no hidden fees, no surprises, and everything was clearly explained — which matters a lot when you’re already dealing with the stress of a vehicle situation. What really stood out to me is that they worked hard to get me into a vehicle similar to my own, not just whatever was easiest. That effort did not go unnoticed. The open communication throughout the process made a huge difference and gave me real peace of mind. I did try another rental company recently and learned very quickly that not all rental experiences are the same. That experience made me appreciate Enterprise even more. Lesson learned — I’ll be sticking with Enterprise from here on out. Highly recommend the Owasso team. They genuinely care about their customers and it shows.
