- HDHunter DanielsJan 3, 20261.0Went in to the shop looking for a transmission pan and needed to know which code I had so I could get the right one. The first younger guy didn’t know (didn’t blame him he was pretty young) so he asked the older guy with red hair a beard and glasses who told me to google it rudely. I said I did and google said I could find it on the sticker on my door and I said I couldn’t figure out which number to looks at and that I couldn’t show him a picture of the sticker. He replied, “ just google it man”. If you don’t know auto parts don’t work in an auto store. Don’t go hear, place is full of people who don’t know anything about cars except what they can read off their dang computer. DONT GO HERE!!! Go to OREILLEYS down the street, they helped and had my parts for me in less than 10 minutes.

Our rear end was a replacement, so not OEM, and he had the knowledge and patience to find all the parts required to get our truck back on the road. Others had given us wrong parts or said they couldn’t help, but he stuck with us throughout the process. He helped brainstorm and solve problems so we could get our truck back in the road and was kind through it all. Thanks, Daniel!
