As a woman, I often worry about getting taken advantage of at auto shops, but he was incredibly honest, transparent, and respectful. Instead of pushing for unnecessary services to make money, he clearly explained all of my car issues and advised me on what was in my best interest. He even tried to fix a persistent issue with my trunk. When he realized it needed a specific tool, he showed me exactly what the issue was and advised me to go to Autozone, saving me a lot of money and Brandon from AutoZone fixed it on the spot. Strider made me feel safe, comfortable, and valued. If you want honest, trustworthy service, come here and ask for Strider! The Area Manager was there and was very nice and friendly to every customer that was there. He is doing amazing work hiring and promoting. So much so, I would even work for him!
