  If I could give it 0 stars I totally would!!! Horrible place to take your vehicle! 1st time here and I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone! I left with my truck having spots and scratches everywhere on my truck!!!! Stay far away from this place!! Yet the young girls working there suddenly didn't know what to do or how to help and couldn't give me the higher ups number, so corporate it is!

  Vince and Jeremey are the best! They were so cool, professional and compassionate. When a driver next to me at the Vaccum lot locked himself out of the car, Jeremey aided him in unlocking his corvette! Vince was really cool to talk to, he gave me a Cleaning Kit for free! This is the best place to go for car cleaning and to feel respected. Thank you!

  This man Vince Needs a raise I basically came for a regular wash he sold the hell out of the works wash services I def be back!

  I went by later in the evening, after someone had hit my car. I had a lot to clean with kids stuff and a car seat. Alex was very patient and didn't rush me. He truly went above and beyond. They also have CAR MAT SHAMPOOER MACHINES included. Along with that they provide that white/blue CAN of window cleaner (it works really well) with towels for everyone. It's all included, our favorite car wash!

  Ok so I am giving it 3 stars because its never consistent at Tommy's. I have went here maybe 5-8 times since the opened and majority of the vacuums have not worked every time I have been there. One day I will go through and my car will be nice and clean and dried off when I roll out. Other days I go there and I have soap dripping down the back of my car and bird poop still on my hood. I will give them credit their soap does smell better than everyone else's car wash. I would rather have a clean car though.
