  They were very professional it was a clean place of business he checked on me make sure everything was good after my car was fixed so I would recommend them to anybody

  You guys quoted me 4400.00 to replace my catalytic converter and exhaust. I couldn't afford your outrageous price. I bought the parts myself for 300.00. and in half a day has my car fixed. I don't know how dumb you think I was, but I guess I was smarter than you. How DARE you try and rip a man who was down on his luck. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You said many things about my car and the BIGGEST was that "the manifold was collapsed around the engine." This was no true. Did you even look? I replaced everything from the manifold to the end of the exhaust for 300 dollars and a half days work and my car runs GREAT. You lied to me to get money out of me. Unfortunately I am NOT as stupid as you thought. I'll be reporting this entire situation to the better business bureau and making sure everyone knows your business is full of money grabbing, advantage taking, liars. I had a personal friend recommend you to me. Out of faith I went and you quoted me more than my car cost and on top of that LIED about it's condition. How do you sleep at night? Lonely I hope. I want my "inspection fee" back because you didn't even look. You lied. Expect to hear from my lawyer.

  All of the people who work at Southside garage are truly amazing! They go above and beyond. Today they bailed me out of a very challenging situation. Hats off to Joe and Logan and everyone else who works there whose names I can’t remember.

  I had one of the worst weeks dealing with my car being towed illegally. When I got it back, every warning light was on and messages all over the dash. This was a newer car and I take really good care of it, so I was stressed. I was referred here and they reassured me they would take care of it or at least guide me in the right direction. Shortly after, they got straight to work and handled everything. I’m extremely grateful, and the customer service from the whole team was beyond amazing. If I could give 100 stars I would.
