  Although the workers were nice, I had multiple problems with this company at this location. First I had an appointment to get a full size rental car, but when I showed up they did not have a full size one for me. They gave me a smaller car and told me to come back later that day, that car has animal hair in it and was not cleaned. I came back that evening and got the full size car I was supposed to get in the first place, the car was not cleaned. This car had animal hair in it as well and reeked of cigarette smoke. I tried just deal with the smell, but I could not stand it anymore so I took it back the next day. They apologized and upgraded me to an SUV, that car had animal hair in it, was making a loud noise, and was shaking really bad. I had take it back and was just frustrated and switched companies and got my rental from somewhere else. I understand things happen and they get busy, but this was just ridiculous!

  04/24/2026 I drove two hours to find out that I cannot book and they do not have a vehicle that fit my needs! Then tried to charge the same amount as the suv was for a little Jetta! Will not be returning to this location please bring back the old crew!

  Terrible location and customer service. Our group was promised an SUV at least a week in advance, confirmed by an in person and online reservation. 7:30 am pick up time. An individual in our group arrived to pick up the SUV and was told there was no car for us. No solution or care at all for the inconvenience. An alert that there was no SUV for us the day before at close would have been nice so that we could have looked elsewhere before the day we had to leave. Completely threw off our entire trip and we will now be missing a very important event due to their lack of customer service and fall through of obligation. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.

  Wish I could give zero stars. Extremely poor communication and lack of customer service at this Memorial location. I visited this location in person one week in advance of my needed rental day, discussed my needs very specifically, and reserved a large SUV. I also made an online reservation that was confirmed for a large SUV just to be safe. Both my in person and online reservations were “confirmed”. My pick up time was at opening at 7:30 am. When I arrived, I was told they had no SUV and was offered either a pick up truck or a 15 passenger van, neither which would meet my needs. I asked why they did not contact me the day before at close so that I could go to another location for my needs. They had no response nor interest in providing a solution. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I could not speak to a manager and they would not provide a name or contact information. This situation derailed a timeline that was critical for an important event. I would NEVER suggest this location to anyone and will be renting at other companies in the future. Absolutely terrible.

  Extremely poor communication and professionalism. Enterprise was supposed to pick my husband up downtown and they never sent someone. Both my husband and I called multiple times and even when they said they were sending someone, they were not. We will not be relying on them again when in need of assistance, and we do not recommend their services.
