DJ provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received in my life. From start to finish, his service was truly top-notch. He was patient, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the entire process. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, but DJ made everything feel smooth, comfortable, and well handled. He took the time to explain things clearly, answered my questions with kindness, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
What stood out the most was his attitude and the way he treated me as a customer. He listened carefully, showed genuine concern for my needs, and made sure I understood every step of the process. He was polite, calm, honest, and very helpful. He demonstrated excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of his job, and the kind of patience that every customer hopes to meet when making an important purchase like a car. He made me feel valued, respected, and confident in my decision.
A great salesperson gives good service, but DJ went far beyond that. He showed professionalism, courtesy, product knowledge, trustworthiness, problem-solving skills, and outstanding customer care. He created an experience that was not just about selling a car, but about making sure the customer was satisfied, comfortable, and happy. He represents the kind of employee any organization should be proud to have because he knows how to maintain customers and leave a lasting positive impression.
Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like DJ on their team. If every salesperson gave this level of service, customers would keep coming back without hesitation. I sincerely appreciate the excellent treatment I received. It is rare to find someone who combines patience, politeness, skill, honesty, and true customer service so well. I received all of that and even more. DJ is truly an asset to Enterprise, and I am very grateful for the outstanding experience.

I visited this location with high expectations, but the experience was unprofessional from start to finish. I was originally scheduled to meet with one associate but was handed off to Piper, whose demeanor was dismissive and uninterested from the moment we met.
During the appraisal of my 2023 vehicle, I was surprised to find that my center console and personal storage compartments had been gone through and items shifted without any prior notice or consent. This felt like a significant invasion of privacy for a routine appraisal.
While waiting for my numbers, I observed Piper and other staff members in a glass-walled office laughing and whispering. To then be approached with a "smirking" attitude and an offer nearly $8,000 below KBB value—leaving me with a $12,000 carry-over—was insulting. No alternatives or explanations were provided; I was simply met with a "take it or leave it" vibe.
When I called to address these concerns with a supervisor, they seemed just as indifferent as the sales staff. If you are looking for a respectful, professional environment where your time and property are valued, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and asking for a different consultant if you do go.
