    I had a membership over the summer but as we have gotten more towards winter I hadn't used my membership but once in the past month. So I went and canceled my membership, planning on returning as a customer next year. Surprise surprise a couple days later I'm charged the membership fee! So I proceeded to call customer service and ask for a refund, as surely this was a mistake. Long story short, the CS rep was not very helpful and when my case was escalated to the refund department I was cited fine print that memberships had to be canceled 7 days prior to the renewal date or they would still be charged. I received an email, final decision no alternate recourse. Well.. ok. So much for good customer service. I hope you enjoy your $25. I wont be a return customer. And as i work in the service industry and interact with a minimum of 150 customers a day with dozens of daily regulars....I'll be passing the word to use another company as the customer service at Zips leaves quite a lot to be desired.

    This car wash is never open. The sign says 8a-8p. There are employees here, but I have been here 5 times between 8:30a-11a and there are always cones in front of the drive through lanes. This is so annoying.

    George was the individual who assisted me. He was very kind and helpful! Overall, wonderful customer service. Definitely planning to go here again when I want a quick and efficient car wash.
