SCAM ALERT. Do NOT get a membership with Zips, the only way to cancel it is to cancel your credit card. I canceled multiple times and they told me they canceled it, refunded me some money only to start charging me MORE the next month. This is a greedy, slimy corporation that is willing to steal from you.

STAY AWAY!!!! Worst experience ever. I took my brand new car to get washed and the paint acquired several scratches and my driver tire got road rash. An employee filled out an incident report and it was deemed my fault and I have been trying for over a month to get in touch with a supervisor to explain my version of events and they won't even respect me enough to have a conversation.

Way too expensive. $12-30 and it doesn't dry at all. It pushed my mirror back but didn't even get it clean. For the price I expect a clean car and this does not do it. It even left grease lines on the side I had to rub out with a paper towel. My car wasn't really dirty this time and it still didn't get it clean. Don't waste your money here. It's not worth more than $5. I've tried this place several times and it just isn't good.

This place is great. I love the member deals. I was just going to get one car wash, and I've never been one to regularly pay for a car wash as I own a mechanic shop and do my own detailing. That all changed when I got to zips. It is phenomenal, unlimited Washes and the people!! Incredibly helpful.

Paid $24 for an automatic wash and my truck came out still dirty. Not “a spot or two” dirty the whole tailgate didn't get cleaned.. To make it worse, half the equipment inside the wash was broken or clearly not functioning, so I basically paid premium prices for a low-effort rinse. And let’s be real: literally any automatic car wash in Midwest City does a better job than this. Even that really nice car wash off I-40 by Yukon is peak car wash compared to this. Same category, way better results, no broken nonsense. If the equipment isn’t working, the wash shouldn’t be open, or it should be discounted. Charging full price for a half-functioning wash is wild. Would not recommend. Won’t be back. I'm not adding photos bc there are plenty of reviews talking about the same thing. I was desperate for a clean slate after all the salt ice mess and I ended up being disappointed and $24 poorer.
