  I wanted to post an update and I could only edit the old post so I am doing it from my other email - the employee lied on the claim form so they just denied my claim a second time. I was never interviewed for the process. The employee just filled out whatever he wanted and he was just protecting himself and his team and said my car wasn’t in neutral and it was. A guy with a beard even came over and told me my Tesla needed to be in car wash mode and I showed him that it was. So far I have asked twice to talk to someone on the phone or in person and that request has been completely unacknowledged.

I got a brand new car and the employee was moving the track which was making a grinding noise with my car and I was screaming stop stop stop and he wouldn't stop and it ruined my rim. An employee filed a claim that day, which I did not receive a copy of and I just got a notification that my claim was denied. Save your car and do not go there! It was employee error. ——————— Thank you very much for the response. I reached out to the link you provided and I had already responded to the denied claim and hadn't hear back. I really hope to still get this resolved and I will post an update.

  Poor service. I paid $18.00. I wasn't notified before entering that the dryer wasn't working properly. My windshield has a film on it from the chemicals, paid for tire shine which didn't happen. This is ridiculous. $18.00 down the drain. I asked for another wash or a compromise for the bad wash and was told " No, I'm just following the rules". If we pay for services, we should get the service. The reviews sent me here. I will not return. My car was still dirty and wet, I had to dry it myself and wipe the dirt off the brushes should have gotten. My car was dirty from the rain yesterday. I only came her because I have a busy weekend and thought I'd get a head start. The car wash by my home cost $15.00 for a great wash, no hand drying. Next time I'll sacrifice my time and stick to where I know I'll be happy. Learn how to take care of customers

  Paid 18 bucks for a basic plus wash. Had a giant bird turd on my windshield and hood. Pretty basic requirements for a good car wash is to get bird poop off your car. Not here! I asked the attendants to spray that spot as is customary at almost every car was Ive been too. Was told they dont provide that service at this location, and other select locations. WEIRD. Its a basic part of getting bugs and road grime off the front. Nope. Was told he could spray it with a de-greaser. That didnt work. The wash was insufficient to get all the bird poop off BOTH the windshield and hood. I pulled back around and was told I should have upgraded. (I did) The "manager" said that was the reason it wasnt clean. They use more soap/acid on their $30 premium or platinum wash. I said I dont want acid on my cars paint! She well its acid but not acid. Lol. WHAT? After a few back and forth, where they never offered another run through, I just asked for my money back. Mind you thisis a first time experience! Never used a Zips. EVER. Took 2 people and almost 10 minutes just to get my refund via CC. This carwash is a joke! Also why was there (2) 55 gallon drums of what was clearly labeled off road diesel fuel on the side walk just outside of the office window. Seems weird. Maybe its that acid/not acid she referenced. I would stay as far away from this car wash and chain as possible! Just found a brand new hood scratch! First car wash for a new, to me car! If I could give 0☆ I would have! BUYER BEWARE
