    This is the fastest and best oil change place I've seen in OKC. Hands down the best. Very professional staff, results oriented, fast and proficient, reliable and knowledgeable. What more can I say?! And the manager, Ivan is probably the best that I've seen among his peers. He gets his hands dirty and takes care of his customers with his crew, all the while training his staff, and checking in freight. If you want an oil change where you can literally "Take 5" and not take 95, which is what will happen to you at the literal Take 5 place, if you want an old fashioned oil change place that does a lot more than just oil changes, and does them in only a few minutes, then get your butt to the Valvoline at NW 63rd and May Ave in Oklahoma City! Ask for Ivan!

    3rd time being at this location for an oil change. Last 2 times it has had to be evac because my drain plug was damaged. The technician forced it out of the oil pan and caused further damage. Before I was told what happened the manager said "wouldn't you agree that things wear out on a car with 200k miles?" I asked why he was saying that? He wouldnt tell me. He was trying to get me to agree without telling me why he was saying that. Finally the technician told me she had forced the oil plug out and it wouldn't go back in right. The manager put on a butterfly . I had to wait in my car for an hour and a half. He said he was doing me a favor because he could have just not done anything and the engine would have blown down the road. He still charged full price. I won't be back.

    Every time I come in everyone is so friendly! They always make sure I know what I need for my car without being pushy, which is exactly why I chose them to fix the belt on my car when it came time. They seem to really understand that not everyone can fix issues right on the spot. :)
