He communicated clearly, was transparent and honest, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the visit. He let me know I’d waited a little longer than I should have for my oil change, but he explained it in a respectful, educational way that didn’t feel insulting at all. He also recommended the add-on to help remove sludge and took the time to explain the reasoning behind it. I haven’t had new tires in so long, and don’t know a thing about cars, he took the time to look my tires over and thanks to him he saved me from a potential tire blowout with his expertise and observation! Because of him, I will absolutely be returning and I’ll be recommending him to others. I was on the phone with my brother during the appointment and he was so impressed by Ivan’s professionalism and how well he took care of me that he asked for Ivan’s name and location so he can go to him as well. Ivan is a huge asset to valvolines team
