I went to this location for an oil change and transmission fluid change. Upon arrival I infor the technician of this. He proceeds to tell me he cannot do a transmission fluid chance because he cannot find the dipstick, to which I reply you can just use the fill port of the side of the transmission. Then we go back and forth about liability of taking off the tire to access the port. I understand not a big deal. Then he says he will do it as long as it isn't ulv transmission fluid. Ok, let's check it out. I get in the bay and go figure its ulv transmission fluid. To which he responds that you aren't supposed to replace this type of transmission fluid. For the life of the transmission. At this point I should have left because the amount of BS is up to my nose. My point is this if you dont want to do a service just say so. Don't BS the customer and potentially cause them to not change their fluids and destroy their transmission because you dont want to put in the work. Watch out for this place, and do your research. Don't take their word for it.
