Other locations I never had a technician go through every single piece of information regarding vehicle maintenance the way that they did at this location, which helped me better understand the importance of certain services. I had originally only went to do an oil change and get one of my tires filled with air, but left spending more money than expected due to how thoroughly everything was explained & it made me want to get more services done and for a great price! Thank you!

I have changed the oil, windshield wipers, air filters, cabin filters, headlight and tail light assemblies, valve cover gaskets, batteries, alternators and serpentine belts (various vehicles), as well as read the owners manual of my current vehicle. I choose to have someone else do the maintenance on my vehicle now that I am older. What I most appreciated about my visit was that I was not 'scolded' for being well outside the recommended oil change mileage. I sometimes do that to see how a company treats women. Your company passed that personal test as well as answered my question regarding your recommended oil change mileage mark. It differs from my owners manual and I will not assume that South Korean oil is better than American oil for any reason. Overall, a great experience and I will return, until I get scolded. Some of us old ladies do know a thing or 2 and we will not return again if we feel disrespected. As stated before, your crew did a great job.
