- ALAimee Lively6 days ago5.0Needed an oil change. Was welcomed right away by 3 friendly young men who were working. Was able to get right in. I had an oil change coupon which was honored. Friendly staff, quick service, very pleased, will definitely be back. I recommend Valvoline to others all the time. Location I visited was at N Penn and Hefner.
- KWKen WaughFeb 21, 20261.0BEWARE - BEWARE I had my oil changed - it takes 8.8 qts of oil...EXCEPT I got only about 4 qts! AND they did not replace the dipstick. Found on inside top of fender. I only saw oil on the stick when I added 5 qts of oil, No leaks on drive or undercarrage of vehicle & no smoke or smell. BUT they did remember to charge me for the full 8.8 quarts of synthetic oil. Moral is trust (I guess) but verify. Really glad after several months I checked the oil myself. Got real lucky as seems no damage to engine but I won't be lazy again!

I’m not sure the names of the guys who helped me with my truck but thank you from the bottom of my heart. Such a pleasant experience & great service. So much better than going to the dealership. SO MUCH BETTER. Y’all are great. 10/10 recommend valvoline for servicing diesel trucks.
