The skid plate started dragging today out of nowhere. There were 3 push clips out of 10 remaining, and one of them had 3 of the 4 feet broke off. I know it isn't that hard or costly to replace them, but why throw broken clips in and send a customer down the road?
- BRbrett robertsonNov 10, 20252.0I instructed the person who greeted me that I run a different type of oil that is shown on the oil fill cap and I also use an expensive oil additive as well, which they did follow instructions on the amount to put into my engine. After the oil change was complete and I was given my receipt which I noticed that they put in the wrong oil so they had to drain my oil again which in return they wasted my oil additive, I had just enough left for one more oil change.They did drain oil again and put in the oil I requested with the last amount of oil additive I had with me then on top of that the technician underneath the truck spilled oil all over my frame which left spots in my driveway for days after the oil was changed not a good time there.

This can be confusing and there should not be different coupons for different locations. The person helping me could have mentioned the coupon on their website rather than telling me the coupon I had was exp when it didn't expire until 11/10/2025 (it just wasnt valid at that location). I could have at least pulled up the other coupon and used it but alas she didnt. Anyways, that's what a good customer service person would have done. Otherwise, the service was ok. Prefer the location at 39th better.
