They took time to teach me how to connect and disconnect the tow vehicle. They also installed a receiver hitch on the tow vehicle, and purchased a Kuat 2-bike rack for me. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and competitive with their prices. Their shop is super clean and I will be a repeat customer!
