The car wash ripped off my aftermarket spoiler and they told me they don't guarantee that. No signs stating this whatsoever. Habitual liars. Not even an apology. So it cost me over $400 to get it replaced and put on. Very unprofessional you can find other car washes directly across the street that are better and they treat their customers better. Tyler the manager needs more training on how to deal with people. He's smug, unapologetic and should not be allowed under any circumstances be allowed to interact with the punlic. He would not give me a complaint form would not make it right. Conveniently didn't have any complaint forms or a corporate number I could call. I found corporate for the franchise and have lodged and submitted a report. Shady and sketchy. There are better car washes in a half of mile vicinity of this one and they don't treat customers like crap. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. BEWARE!! **Look at the response below everybody.. damage control at its finest. You guys are a joke. You are so amateur of course you stand by your decision because you do not want to pay anything you damaged. I wish you nothing but the worst**

We don't really know how well the wash was raining and we decided to do the hot portion of it. We took our 13 year old girls who seem to be somewhat scared of it, and all the actors did a really great job. If you allow them to go through the window or open the door and then they would to add a more frightening scare they did end up giving us a free car wash for going I don't know if that's because it is the event or because he was also raining which is nice. I will update my rate once I go back to the wash to see how good a normal experience would be

I informed them I'd never been there before and wanted to see what set them apart from other places. And as I expected, truck was still dirty. I did proceed to use the other free wash but at a different location. The first was the was so quick, however the second for some reason was a little bit longer if that makes sense.
