  Had my pickup washed and detailed. Told them about the stereo equipment under the backseat. A 45 dollar car wash ended up costing me 2900 dollars to have the speaker that was crushed when they did the inside of my truck. And the stuff they put on the tires slung down both sides of my truck and I eneded up having to re wash the truck. Not the greatest experience

  I was reccomened her by super express oil change guys on shields. They did a really good job with the interior but I've done better with cleaning the exterior. When i got my car back all the lights related to brakes appeared on the dash which ultimately means my car was damaged in some way. I was upset but not to a point where I wanted to blame them, I just wanted to know who drove it and when the lights appeared so I can figure out what might've happened. They kept throwing names around until the guy they think drove it said "he doesn't know." Lack of transparency, potentially lack of accountability, poor job of the exterior, but admittedly a phenomenal job with the interior. Personally, I won't recommend them or come back, but if you are in the area wanting to try, I say only get the interior servicr and suggest not to let them drive your vehicle.

  ​I recently had my car cleaned and detailed here. While the exterior wash was excellent and left the car nice and shiny, the interior detailing was extremely poor and not worth the price. ​Despite paying for a full detail, the interior cleaning was a half-job. My car still has a noticeable smell, the carpets were not fully vacuumed, and the seats were not wiped down. ​When I pointed out these issues, I was told that fixing the incomplete job would incur an additional charge. It's disappointing that I received such a subpar service, especially after trying to support a family-owned shop. ​I regret not going somewhere else or doing the interior cleaning myself. Save your time and money—I cannot recommend this detail shop.

  Had the full 9 yards done twice. They do a good job in the wash and clean the interior fine. They do a pre-clean of the interior and exterior, send it through a mechanical car wash. When it comes out, they dry it off and do a little more cleaning on the interior. They do not clean your trunk. I don't blame them for that. There is a tip jar inside where the tips go for the guy's lunch(es). I don't know if I tip there and it's for lunch should I also tip the outside guys? It's not my favorite place, but I'll continue to use them after long road trips. Manager is very friendly, and the office is clean. Lots of chairs to set in and a TV to watch. Gift certificates are available. I've given them as gifts before. It's about the only hand clean car wash in South OKC that I know of.
