The customer service is excellent very positive and welcoming. Jordan and Karson helped me tonight, and they were friendly and easy to talk to, which I really appreciated. The reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that I was recommended an oil system cleaner during my oil change. I had never heard of this before, but Karson explained my dipstick readings and expressed concern about potential sludge buildup. Naturally, I was worried since I’ve always kept up with my car’s maintenance. However, I later learned that, given my Toyota’s mileage (over 100K), this type of service isn’t actually recommended by the manufacturer. I was frustrated that I didn’t ask more questions beforehand, and I’m now just hoping that the service won’t cause any issues. They also recommended new filters and took the time to show me what they looked like, which I thought was helpful. Overall, I do recommend SpeeDee. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but I would advise proceeding with caution and asking plenty of questions about any additional services. Make sure you understand what’s necessary for your car, especially if you’re on a budget or navigating extra expenses.

Tyler, Brayden and all the guys are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have helped me numerous times. This is a great place to take your vehicle.
