  They are not a 24/7 airport rental. I don’t know what kind of mom and pop shop they are running here, but if you have a late flight, you are at a serious risk of getting screwed over. I have never come across an airport rental that closed. This place is a joke.

  For 3 years I was a loyal customer always renting with National and each rental was long term. I formed relationships with the managers and they recognized me as a valuable customer (executive platinum elite) and would upgrade me without any problems until the last 6 months!!! There are now a bunch of young (look like barely older than teenagers) who are very good at regurgitating the rule book (Blake and Morgan) and try to force some vehicles on me that I didnt like. Today was the third time (3 strikes) and now I am out as I have run out of patience. Just next door is AVIS and they give the vehicle I like with a smile. No turning back!! Good luck National with your rules and your pimpled managers. Addendum: A day after I post the above review I get a standard response from 'Chris' to go to a website and locate customer service and call them with the details of the date, rental contract number etc. Seriously someone lacks common sense or what? If you guys were very serious about customer service and someone posted a bad review due to poor service then make an effort (you have the details that you can locate with the name) and call them yourselves and have a solution to provide. I have posted the review and with this response I am not spending any more time.

  A usually good experience with enterprise and national turned not so great because of National/Enterprise employee Rodney that is working the front counter. We have a business account w National and Enterprise, our employee goes to pickup the vehicle and presents his ID also has the reservation in hand via email. Rodney will not look at the reservation or the name on it. Our employee calls me to assist and management in the entire facility won’t speak to me so we can get this handled. Rodney was threatening my employee and had to be held back by his manager as Rodney was trying to come around the desk. This should have been a very smooth transaction, the car was booked in my employee’s name and information, confirmation email had all the info on there and both Rodney and the management said it could be “a screenshot” while having my employees valid drivers license in hand. Management ended up taking a credit card from my employee which we don’t usually ever have to do. Seems like a retaliatory thing cause it is out of the ordinary with our accounts with them. Hopefully this is a one off with this location as any other location we have had smooth transactions with. Rodney not being able to control his temper is concerning. I’d like for National to call me on this.
