First, let me start with this - this review is not geared towards the sales side of this dealership. My issue exists with the service department. I purchased a pre-owned Range Rover Evoque with 60k miles. I purchased the full warranty. Near the end of the warranty period, I brought the car in for a minor recurring issue with the locks that it had been in and out of the service center for. I dropped the car off and after a few days was told that there were several issues, the most serious of which was a cracked turbo housing. Great - I bought the warranty - let’s get it fixed! Right…? They told me that my out of pocket would be about $6000. The warranty I purchased had a $100 deductible. How does that work? Long story short, they had my car for several MONTHS. My nearly burst pregnant wife and I had gone two months with a single car, which was my truck that a pregnant women cannot climb in and out of. By the end of the ordeal, I had to threaten them that I had a recording of them stating that I would have to pay a $100 deductible for any one warranty claim. They went from $6000, to offering to do it for $4000, to $2500, to $1800, to $800, before I told them that I was on the verge of filing a lawsuit. By the time I had walked out I had paid not a penny more than the $100 deductible, however, 90% of the “problems” they had diagnosed had mysteriously fallen off the initial list of problems. When they realized that there was no way they were going to bill both me AND the warranty company, they decided that there was only one problem with the car. I still have no idea if they actually fixed it. Maybe they did, but they threw a fit that I wasn’t going to pay up when I purchased the extended FULL COVERAGE BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY DIRECTLY FROM THEM. Buying the car from them wasn’t awful, although they did feed me the old “we’re waiting on the previous owner to bring us the second key. We’ll have it for you in a few days.” Just to switch to “We’ll, did you buy it with two keys?” when I checked again later. Other than that, it was a pretty typical car buying experience. But the service department, from the GM at the top, to the service manager, to the advisor, was the absolute most sickening experience I’ve ever been through in my entire life. Not in a million years will I ever be stepping foot anywhere near this dealership. If you do, get the second key made before you sign and DO NOT BUY THEIR USELESS SCAM OF AN OVERPRICED WARRANTY, Buy a third party warranty yourself for a third of the cost.

I have to say this was an easy car buying experience. I looked at it online, and the next day Mr. Stone sent me a video of the car telling me about the features it had. I scheduled a test drive and afterwards we settled on the purchase price. I did not feel like I was being pressured at any point. Mr. Stone answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable on the vehicle. He even was able to get the front windows tinted by the end of the day, which saved me a trip back to have it done.
