For reference I have a 800+ credit score, my company runs 8M plus a year, I was trading in a 2024 Lincoln navigator black label that I purchased for 150K and after filling out paperwork and even taking the new range rover I was purchasing for 160K, they call that night to say that they can't finance me because they can't see where I've ever financed anything over $30K????? THEN they start saying we either have to pay $22K down to be able to finance with them at the AGREED upon interest rate and terms OR we could pay $11K and and take an interest rate 2.5% HIGHER than the original term! I told them to come get the car, I would drive to Texas or anywhere else other than them. My husband being the ever pleasing human being he is went ahead and made a deal with them. AND THEN after we paid the agreed upon amount they had the nerve to call and say we owe another $200!!!!!!!?????? AND THEN they don't pay the agreed upon note on the navigator for over 45 days, thus making us have to make another payment on that car in addition to the new one! After calling them again today, they "assure" us the check for the difference is in the mail and was sent out Friday. I won't hold my breath. I absolutely will NEVER buy any of our vehicles for personal or work from them or Bob Moore. The absolute WORST EVER!!!!!! We will drive to another state or stick with Bob Howard or anyone else! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!
