I recently had a repair on my 2018 Tacoma which required a battery disconnect. Disconnecting the battery makes it necessary to re-calibrate the Tire Pressure Monitoring system. They failed to do this important step in completing the job.
When I informed the service manger of the situation he said they would look at it for another $199 diagnostic fee plus labor. Are you kidding me?? They should have done this as part of the repair I paid $1200 for!!!
The service manager was rude and disrespectful speaking to me in a demeaning way and did nothing but argue with me.

This dealership has terrible customer service. Been screwed by them three times with three different vehicles. Don’t even know why we gave them so many chances.
Update 1/2/26 - wasn’t planning to update this review but here we are. Here is my full experience with this specific encounter with Jim Norton. I came in with my with in the beginning of December to look for a specific car in a specific color. We were told they were receiving one towards the end of the month. So we gave Them one last chance to earn our business as they have burned my family twice before.
Our dealer that we were working with gave us a date of 12/29-12/30 for expected time to arrive and said it could be subject to change. We followed up with the agent we were dealing with the week of Christmas and asked for an update and he said everything was on track. Tuesday 12/30 we receive a text at 9 pm telling us that the vehicle isn’t even in route to be at the dealership until the following week. He then calls us after sending our frustration over text and offers that we can still Move forward with the purchase since he has the VIN but I inform him I don’t like the idea of giving them my money without driving something off the lot. He then says that he will talk to his gsm in the morning to find new solutions.
The following morning I receive a phone call from the dealer we were working with and his gsm with THE SAME EXACT SOLUTION. When I asked the dealer why are we receiving the same solution, he has no response for me. At that time the gsm asked what they could do to make this right and rejected my offers. I asked so there’s nothing you guys could really do more for us and the gsm confirmed. Why even ask me what I would like to see as a resolution to keep us happy if he was just going to reject everything.
The dealership did set us up with a free loaner as part of our original deal until the car arrived and when the conversation started to steer towards us walking away from the sale altogether, they demanded that we bring the car back instead of letting us use it for the agreed upon time as they stated the loaner was a part of the deal. We complied and had to make some adjustments to our day to accommodate their demands.
Today 1/2/26, we received a call from the dealer which I declined and followed up with a text stating that they do not need to be calling us as they lost our business. He then proceeds to tell us that the car had arrived and tried to continue the sale after his gsm treated us like idiots asking us what we want knowing he was going to reject anything we asked for and after they had inconvenienced our day even further by demanding we bring the loaner back. I tell him to not contact us anymore and he proceeds to send additional text messages, I finally send one last text message asking him to stop contacting us as we are now feeling like we are being harassed.
Jim Norton handles their business in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I urge everyone to make the extra drive to go to a dealership that is not owned by Jim Norton.

I’m writing this review as I approach the 2-hour mark waiting for a simple oil change. This dealership got me back in the door after a 3-year absence promising me better service and a deal on oil changes. What a ruse. The service is worse than ever. And I keep asking, but they keep telling me that they’re waiting on the paperwork. This has been the case for the past 32 minutes. They’re holding my car hostage and I have things to do in an appointment in 18 minutes I’m going to have to reschedule. I won’t be coming back to this place again.

This dealership is a disgrace and I will make sure I use every available online tool, social platform, and word of mouth opportunity I can to express their disrespectful, unprofessional, harassment.
I’ve asked for 2 years now to be removed from your call lists, email, and junk mailers and even escalated to your supposed regional management. STILL get a monthly letter, texts, phone calls and emails even though I have not lived in OK for two years and had even left a 5 star review which has been deleted. You people are either desperate or simply do not care. Calling and wasting my time 8 TIMES just in the last 3 months to again politely ask to STOP CONTACTING ME. You wont stop, and I will now use every resource I have to share my horrible experience with your poor excuse of a business.

I found the dream vehicle that my sister and brother-in-law were looking for. They looked at a 2025 RAV4 XLE Premium, worked out a deal, and drove it home that night. After checking everything out once they were home, they noticed that there were no floor mats. They called their salesman Ocean, to inquire about this. He eventually notified them that they signed the paperwork "as is" because the vehicle had 1'800 miles on it. I am appalled that a dealership will sell you a 2025 vehicle making sure you got two key fobs but would not get you a set of floor mats but inform you that you have to pay for these yourself. What happened to good old customer service huh? I will NEVER refer anyone to this dealership again, and have already recommended to them to switch dealerships to Post Oak Toyota in MWC for all their service needs. Shame on you Jim Norton Toyota. I am once again adding my continued disdain for this dealership. If you see the message I sent back to me from the dealership, they acted all concerned but said they needed more information to act accordingly. I read the review to my sister and brother-in-law and my sister promptly replied to the person and their direct email. Guess what, they never responded so I advised that she at least call the phone number and leave a voicemail. Guess what, the lady never responded to my sister's messages. They decided to just give up and ordered the mats themselves. After they did this and are now out the money for something that Jim Norton should have furnished in the beginning. Their salesman did finally leave a voicemail for my brother-in-law but that was too little too late, they are DONE with Jim Norton and are taking their business to Post Oak Toyota in MWC. Now I am done too.
I see that you gave the same response that you gave the first time. It did absolutely no good for my sister to reach out to your Company via email and phone the first time so why waste her time doing it again? You DON'T care about your customers or your people would have responded to them the first time.
