  My wife and I had a great experience with Tyler Morgan. He was extremely professional and working with him was one of my best experiences while dealing with the struggles of purchasing a new vehicle.   Tyler R is such a good sales manager! Very considerate of customers, past and present. He was also so helpful to me trying to help me schedule an appointment to get my windows tinted, so long after my buy date which was on my end, but her listened and understood the circumstances. I genuinely appreciate him so much for listening to me and his customer service and attentiveness to making sure everything works out for me as the customer. What a great person to have working there! I’d recommend him to any of my friends.

  I am so blessed to be able to know Kamesha. She was able to get us in a new vehicle with the help of Heath and Wade. They are such an amazing group of people who are willing to go over and beyond for their customers. They are the true meaning of family. This is our second vehicle with them and you can guarantee they have our business for life. No matter the obstacle the find a solution to help you get into the car that is great for the family.

  Highly recommend for new car needs! I bought a new 2026 Camry SE from this dealership a few days ago, of which they gave me a GREAT deal on both the vehicle and my trade in, and worked with me to keep me in my budget. Even when it came to adding extra warranty/maintenance coverage, they cut me a deal. Not only did they show out on business, but my salesperson, Kamesha, saved two very special elephant ornaments that I had missed when I cleaned out my trade in and got them back to me a few days later. All because she listened to me and heard they were special to me. Excellent people and excellent inventory. Kamesha, Heath, and Brandon went above for me even beyond business, which is what makes their dealership stand out. If you need a new vehicle, you must consider Jim Norton Toyota in NW OKC. Also this whip is CRAZY and I am so grateful.

  This review covers both the vehicle I purchased for myself and the vehicle I helped my daughter and son-in-law in purchasing. First review on my Grand Highlander - 5 Star experience from the dealership to the salesman, and to the finance person. The experience was easy, enjoyable and all done upfront and honestly. I thought enough about the deal that I recommended Jim Norton Toyota of OKC to my daughter. My salesman was Christian Flores - who I highly recommend to anyone interested in buying a new Toyota. Second review on my daughter’s Grand Highlander - 3 star experience. The salesman was a 5 star - Christian was very helpful as he was with my purchase and helped clear up the mess made by the finance department. The finance person/department - 1 star - Delstin quoted them $10 a month for the windshield protection when in fact it was 2 1/2 times that amount. He changed the finance rate and company during signing that put them at a higher rate and used the excuse that he was told their deposit would be higher which was never said or discussed by us or our salesperson- no idea where he got this or why this would cause a change in the finance company and rate. Once he was called on this, he drug his feet to correct it and in fact took 4 days to actually get it done and that was with us having to text or call many, many times throughout the week. The new contract that he had them sign had completely different numbers that added up to the same amount but made it look different on what they actually paid for - I believe this was done on purpose for his benefit but that is just me speculating. I would love to talk to a GM with Jim Norton to discuss this with them. In the end, the deal got completed as we had hoped but was way more stressful than it should have been due to the finance department and their lack of attention and urgency to correct their error. Overall we got two great vehicles at a price we were comfortable with and had a great salesman in Christian who helped walk us through all of this and to come out on the other side as happy car buyers. My experience with JNT OKC was overall great (except for Delstin) and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota . I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends with one caveat - be careful once you get to the finance department- some are great and others not so great.
