    I came in for my 90.000 mile maintenance. And the people who helped me kept in contact with me. Made sure I got what I wanted. Also rental department. I was told that the car would be a complimentary loaner. I had the car from Friday to Monday. I did end up getting charged for the loaner, but I called the dealership And there was a miscommunication somewhere. So Isaac or Isaiah said they would refund the money charged for the loaner. All in all I hate spending the money. but maintenance needs to be kept up to keep the car in good condition. Thanks

    Disappointed with my purchase at Jim Norton and I can't recommend them. Pushy sales tactics, waiting for hours, poor out of stock amenities. That's just the beginning. I was made to wait for hours when picking up the purchased vehicle. They had two days to wash and get it ready and promised to do so "first thing on Friday". Instead it was not washed, the sales man Joseph Ramesh was nowhere to be seen, and the windshield wiper was missing. All was fixed eventually, but the waiting around for hours and lying to me about the reason was not appreciated. Don't shop here if you value your time. They clearly don't.

    Shout out to jim norton toyota of okc for delivering my wife's Toyota Highlander Platinum to the front drive way of the house in less then in a week. I've been looking for this Particular Highlander platinum since Noember. I called several different states to ask. Some would tell me to leave my information, and I would never hear from them. Others would say it hard to get no motivation at all. when I called jim norton toyota " Kayla, Tyler, Lee" all of these people made this possible for my wife to have her dream vehicle. Mind you, I do understand is a team effort. And these people make this happen. I highly recommend this dealership.

    I recently bought a truck. I saw the truck online, contacted Norton Toyota, and they set me up with Alano. Alano couldn’t be more helpful, polite, and willing to do whatever it takes to take care of his customers. Part of the deal was having 2 front tires mounted, balanced, and the front end aligned. Upon taking delivery and driving home, I noticed my front end was shaking above 65mph. Texted my salesman Alano, he coordinated with the Service Manager, Craig, who insured that my truck was taken care of. I didn’t want my tires rotated, which I stated to my advisor, but it was performed anyway. However, my alignment is good, my front end doesnt shake, and im happy with my vehicle. Alano in sales and Craig with his award winning service department is second to none. I will always choose Jim Norton Toyota of Okc.

    I’ve brought my truck in three different times for a persistent rattle. To their credit, they did fix one of the rattles (this truck has had several), but the original one I brought it in for was never resolved. Toward the end, I was told, “It just sounds like a truck.” When I asked if a brand-new truck on the lot made the same noise, their was silence. I was then told a Toyota field technician/engineer would be coming out to look at it. After about a week and a half of shifting dates, I picked up my truck with the understanding they would call me when the engineer scheduled a visit. That call never came. I followed up at least five more times. Each time I was told they’d call me back once they heard from the field technician. I never received a callback. On another visit, they told me I was overdue for routine maintenance. I keep up with my maintenance schedule, so I was surprised. I asked if they could print Toyota’s maintenance schedule for me so I could see what they were referencing. I was told they couldn’t print it. When I looked it up myself, the items in question said “inspect,” not “replace.” When I asked about that, I was told, “It’s just a recommendation.” That didn’t sit right with me. I don’t think anyone there is intentionally trying to be difficult. I do think they try. But the communication is inconsistent, the follow-through just isn’t there, and on the service side it feels like you have to double-check everything yourself. That’s frustrating, especially on a truck that’s under warranty. Grades: • Communication: F • Follow-through: D • Effort to Diagnose: B+ • Transparency on Service Recommendations: D • Overall Experience: D I hope they tighten up communication and have more accountability through Toyota, because these issues have plagued the Tundra. Customers shouldn’t have to chase callbacks or question whether recommendations match the manufacturer’s schedule.
