He had a very negative attitude and was extremely rude. I later found out he is actually the manager of this Jiffylube. Jayden I think his name was. I don’t understand how any company would have someone like him even employed let alone as a manger! I will not be returning to any Jiffylube because of the manager at this store!

This WOULD normally be 5 star service, but I also saw what looked like the GM dragging a puppy across the office area. That would have gotten a 1 star, but legitimately everyone else was amazing and did really good work.
