I declined and had my regular mechanic inspect it, and none of those issues were actually present. As a woman, the experience left me feeling like I was being pressured into unnecessary services. I suggest getting a second opinion before agreeing to additional work here.

I got talked into also doing a transmission fluid service as well for $200 dollars off. While the tire rotation was being performed there was a issue. I watched with my own eyes as employees gathered around my rear passenger side tire and started talking. I ask what's wrong and one of the employees said the lug nut was acting up but it wasn't a problem. A different employee continues to work on the said tire and finishes. They work on the transmission fluid series and then give me the car. They rush me out the door and tell me nothing has happened to said tire. I look down and the stem was broke and a lug nut was missing. I go inside and worker says let me get someone. He comes and acts like nothing has happened and it's no big deal. I say I'm missing a lug nut and it's broken. Still acting like I'm stupid says he has to ask his manager. Never once have I talked to the manger at this point. He's just hiding in the shop somewhere afraid to admit they have broke my car. After asking to be treated with respect the manger finally says they will fix the problem they caused. Your employees are liars, disrespectful, and should not be trying to put people on the road after breaking something on their car. You take advantage of people all the time. Just look at your reviews. Do something about your establishment. I will never be coming back to a jiffy lube again
