SINGLE WOMEN, DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH YOUR VEHICLE! I have been to this location twice and was treated exponentially different when I brought my vehicle by myself compared to when I received the same service accompanied by my boyfriend. On 12/15/25 I requested an oil change and brought my own oil and filter. I was presented my cabin air filter, which also happened on my first visit, but this time, upon me declining it to be changed for $60, I was told it seemed I had “neglected it for awhile” and was asked if I would change my mind if it was changed for $40 instead. I declined again. A different technician came, sat down beside me, and stated my rear brake pads were at ¼ in thickness and asked if I would like them to be changed within a couple of hours for $499. I stated that I would like to proceed with just the oil change and would look into brakes being serviced at a later date. Upon me declining, technician stated that it seemed that I had already been “neglecting them being serviced.” He asked me if the price was the issue. I said no and declined service again. Technician tried to scare me into getting them serviced immediately, stating that my brakes were “unsafe to drive on” in their current state and that he, himself, would not drive with brake pads worn that low. Technician stared at me blankly for several seconds after I declined once again. I stated that I get my more intensive service done elsewhere, and FINALLY, technician respected my declining service. Today, 12/31/25, I checked both my front (pictured first) and rear (pictured second) brake pads to see that the front pads were ¼ inch thick and rear pads were even THICKER. A quick Google search shows that it is not recommended that brake pads be changed until they are between 1-3mm thick (the width of a paperclip, nowhere near mine’s measurement). If you inspect my receipt attached below, rear pads were recorded as being 1mm thick (a clear falsehood). Inspection of receipt also shows that “oil leaks prior to service” when vehicle is always parked on clean asphalt/cement and has never left a visible puddle of oil indicative of a leak since vehicle was last serviced with a more trusted shop. I was not treated in this manner when accompanied previously by my partner, and I recall only having to decline service once or twice before my declining was respected. Services were never offered at a lower price upon first decline during previous service, and I was never shamed for “neglecting” services or scared into servicing my vehicle immediately for something that should not have been checked during my simple oil change. This business relies on its customers being ignorant, unresourceful, and easily manipulated and/or frightened. If you are accompanied by someone male-presenting and understand exactly what you’re needing serviced, I recommend this Jiffy Lube only as a LAST RESORT. I will never be returning to this location or any other Jiffy Lube. Women, please take your vehicle elsewhere; this shop does not deserve your hard-earned money or time. If you have or have had a similar experience, I recommend reporting to the Better Business Bureau as I likewise will.

Boy boy boy, new around the city trying to find an honest decent shop I can trust and let me tell ya this is not it I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, engine air filter, and cabin filter I go ahead let them service the car Me being a mechanic myself get home and check out the work they did Engine air filter = stuck on no way of getting out in case I need to dust it off if there's leaves or something Cabin air filter = not the right size it's like they just found one and said "does it fit? Will it work?" And when it came to my tire rotation they made it seem like my tires had wires sticking out and was desperate need for tires come too look at them they still have thread on them at least another 10-15k miles It's like they deliberately do this on purpose so you can keep coming back and make money off of you I wouldn't trust this location in my opinion Maybe if you got the big bucks to spend they'll take care of you really well but if you don't expect the bad side of the stick

The receipt and verbal confirmation indicated that they checked all my fluids. They did not check my antifreeze (said they did) and my car overheated possibly causing me hundreds of dollars. I caught the problem in time and it ended up being just the cost of the antifreeze, but I had to drive home from the airport with my hazard lights on bc I was unable to go the speed limit and could have caused a wreck. Please check your receipt and if I were you, I would ask to visibly see the fluid check. I will not go here again.

How much does an oil change cost at Jiffy Lube?

You can receive a personalized oil change quote from your local Jiffy Lube service center by visiting MyJiffyLube at https://jiffylube.com/get-an-estimate/get-started. How long does an oil change take at Jiffy Lube?

An oil change at Jiffy Lube could take 15 minutes or less, that's from the time we start your service, and the hood of your vehicle goes up, to when we've completed the service, and the hood goes down! Jiffy Lube pioneered the quick lube industry, and we are geared to handle oil changes for all types of vehicles. We also know that finding the time to get your car serviced is tough, so if you decide to complete a few of your other vehicle needs while visiting us, like a new cabin or engine air filter, tire rotation, or new windshield wipers, this could add additional time to your service. Finally, wait times can vary depending on the time of your visit and location of your service
