I watched them take advantage of two people ahead of me by first off charging them each over $200 for oil changes and to replace cabin filter and air filters($80 extra) and the lady told me they charged her $10 to put windshield wiper fluid in. This is ridiculous taking advantage of people this way! The only reason why I did not get overcharged is because I had a Groupon and I told them I was not paying for anything else and to not even check my air filters!

The associate behind the counter informed me that the discount was 10%. However, while I was waiting in the waiting room, another customer requested an oil change and mentioned the 50% discount for veterans. I approached the associate and asked why I was told the discount was only 10% when another veteran received 50% off. The associate stated that I needed to present a coupon, but when I asked the other customer if he had provided a coupon for the 50% discount, he replied that he had not. I am perplexed as to why the associate provided inconsistent information regarding the discount, particularly given that I am an African American male and the associate and the other customer are Caucasian. I will not be visiting this location again.
