He was literally standing at attention outside my car when I arrived and listened closely to all of my concerns making careful notes to be sure nothing was left out. He communicated beautifully theought the process to keep me informed and he knew exactly who I was when I picked up my car today. His manner is very polished and professional, which should be expected from a Jaguar dealership, but is not always delivered. Kalen delivered. He is a fine representative of your service department, but if I was in the market to buy a new Jag I would be very comfortable with him. Top notch. I hope he's still there and can be my guy when I come back for my next regular service.

I am very grateful for him and the assistance I received in the service department. Also, my wife decided to purchase a used Jag while we waited. Our entire experience was great. I do not want to speak for her since she actually purchased the F-Pace. However, I do want to give a shout out to Jordin. She helped my wife purchase the car. I appreciate Jordin’s approach to sales - she allowed us to shop and did not apply pressure. Also, she is just fun. Love the OKC Jaguar dealership.

Way over priced, was told it needed approx 5,000 worth of work on it after having less than a year. Went to Tulsa was told it did not need said work. Tried to trade in in OKC and was only offered 13,000 trade in. But this is the real kicker, his credit card was charged 20.00 months for a "plan". Not sure what that shit was for. Just don't do it. He has already reported them to the BBB.
