Way over priced, was told it needed approx 5,000 worth of work on it after having less than a year. Went to Tulsa was told it did not need said work. Tried to trade in in OKC and was only offered 13,000 trade in. But this is the real kicker, his credit card was charged 20.00 months for a "plan". Not sure what that shit was for. Just don't do it. He has already reported them to the BBB.

These jokers sat on it for two weeks before telling me that they needed proof of oil change in order to even process the warranty repair despite it being within the manufacturer recommended interval. Then it took them 7 weeks more to finish the job, all the while I'm paying out of pocket for rental. During this entire process I had to call over and over for updates. Their service advisor and manager are both completely useless and refused to communicate in a professional manner. I only started receiving updates when I contacted the GM of the dealership and the director for the ENTIRE auto group. Upon receiving the vehicle back, it was filthy inside and out. Their technicians left handprints all over the wheel, leather, paint and wheels. Absolutely a trash dealer with trash service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
