Billion dollar industry, can’t handle simple issues and higher professionals who really care. Paper for receipt is always out, employees are unprofessional. Transferring to Sam’s Club gas. After my Sabre number came, the customer who was the employee called my switched shower code and I was unavailable there. My door was not opened. They did not help me. They were telling me from above that I was late. They did not help me. They told me to come and wait for the next shower. There was a waiting line of 8 people. I showered before three customers.
