- NNNia Nishae3 days ago5.0My Allstate was supposed to pay majority of my bill but instead Enterprise charges my card the entire bill without notice. The bill I received by email is not accurate it doesn’t list the deposit amount and each day charged. I call the office and they said their internet is down very unprofessional. The rental car I received is horrible I feel embarrassed to drive it not worth the money EDIT: I received a call back from Zach and finally was able to express my issues and he was able to resolve them for me. He was very nice and even explained the total cost to me multiple times until I felt comfortable. He also got me in a bigger vehicle that my family and I feel better in. Thank you!!!

Picking up a car after an automobile accident is sometimes a frustrating experience, especially when dealing with insurance well, this location was super and very helpful the manager Zach and Aliana were so kind and helpful. Assured my insurance was in place. Put me in a nice car similar to what I was driving. Perfect experience! Returning I needed a ride to get my car at my repair shop. Cole was so helpful getting me checked in and making sure I wasn’t charged and all was taken care of. He driven me across town in heavy traffic This young man said he’d been with the company 7 months! I haven’t seen that kind of respect and professionalism and overall customer service, anywhere, in a very long time! I saw him interact with other customers. I saw him show respect to his fellow employees, and I saw him being so polite on the telephone with another customer!I hope Enterprise knows what a jewel they have in Cole!
