Picking up a car after an automobile accident is sometimes a frustrating experience, especially when dealing with insurance well, this location was super and very helpful the manager Zach and Aliana were so kind and helpful. Assured my insurance was in place. Put me in a nice car similar to what I was driving. Perfect experience! Returning I needed a ride to get my car at my repair shop. Cole was so helpful getting me checked in and making sure I wasn’t charged and all was taken care of. He driven me across town in heavy traffic This young man said he’d been with the company 7 months! I haven’t seen that kind of respect and professionalism and overall customer service, anywhere, in a very long time! I saw him interact with other customers. I saw him show respect to his fellow employees, and I saw him being so polite on the telephone with another customer!I hope Enterprise knows what a jewel they have in Cole!

I eventually got a hold of Nina at a different branch and she got things lined out. It's 2025, figure out technology where your employees do not have to call customers who have spend time deciding to use your business for a rental company and explain that the reservation is not available. No one wins in this scenario.
