When I arrived and learned no cars were available, Imani quickly arranged one for me through another location. I didn’t have the best experience at that other branch, but both Imani and Zac supported me and did all they could. Their professionalism and genuine care are the reasons I will continue renting with this location. Zac and Imani ( with her bubbly personality) make a difference.

They may not realize how much of a difference they made for me, but they truly went above and beyond. I had been struggling for almost two weeks without a car because my insurance company was being extremely difficult and uncooperative, constantly delaying playing games, doing things to my car without my permission, and trying to stick me with the cheapest possible option. It was stressful and unfair, but Imani and Aspen stepped in and completely changed the experience. They didn’t just do their jobs — they fought for me. They helped me call and communicate with the insurance company. They were kind, professional, persistent, and genuinely cared about helping me. Because of them, what could have been a terrible experience turned into something positive. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. they both deserve major recognition (and honestly, a raise!). Enterprise is lucky to have people like them representing the company.
