Everyone in that office should be used as professional trainers. I've been to other locations and they're good but they aren't 421 E Memorial Rd good. If you need a vehicle don't bull trash around just go to that place where its done right the first time!

So what’s the point of making an appointment? Sounds like this location doesn’t have a structure or accountability of their vehicles.

The entire staff was very welcoming at the memorial location — Jac at the front desk was so polite and friendly — but Earriel truly went above and beyond for us. She was the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with in all my experiences renting a car. We really appreciate how accommodating, patient, and polite she was throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service skills! Thank you so much to Earriel and the Edmond Enterprise team for making everything so smooth and pleasant.
