But after working with Earriel Willis, she completely turned things around and made it a positive experience. She and her associate went above and beyond to make things right and address my concerns. I'm grateful for their effort and willingness to fix what went wrong. If you have a bad initial experience at Enterprise, ask to speak with Ariel Willis—she knows how to handle things professionally and make customers feel valued.

I scheduled it several days in advance and called the day before to make sure. Well my wife went to go pick it up and there was a couple in front of her that drove off in the exact same vehicle we were supposed to get. Now they are saying they can’t find one and they could put us in something different (that won’t work for what we need) P.S. They said they would call us as soon as they found something…. Never got the call. UPDATE!! I just tried to have a conversation with the chat from the website that they listed to go to here. You have less than one minute to tell your situation or you get automatically disconnected! What a crappy service! I was going to see what they would be willing to do to make it right but obviously they don’t care. If you say you are going to do something, or provide something, you better stand behind what you say or you won’t stay in business for very long.

Everyone in that office should be used as professional trainers. I've been to other locations and they're good but they aren't 421 E Memorial Rd good. If you need a vehicle don't bull trash around just go to that place where its done right the first time!
