  If I could do zero stars for this location I absolutely would! Darbie made me pay an extra $105 on top of original charge $405 (the original $105 plus $300 hold). I was confused because normally I only have to swipe my car for the hold to fall off not be charged again when returning the vehicle. I went ahead and paid the extra $105 to get my money back so the original $405 would be returned. This was February 12,2026. I have been extremely patient and understanding until today February 25, 2026. I spoke with my bank and due to them charging me with different cards my bank couldn’t do anything until Enterprise took the lock off of my hold. I got my bank and enterprise on three way, Durbie I assume didn’t know what she was doing decided to attempt to handle the situation herself instead of pulling a manager in. She told me and my bank supervisor that she was sending us over to accounting, she sent our call over to another store. I now have to wait 30 days to receive my money back due to Enterprise only being able to hold my money 30 days and my bank cannot unlock it themselves since enterprise has a hold. So i’m left without as a single mother because of a simple misunderstanding that got turned into an entire situation due to lack of knowledge in their working place and morals as well apparently.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to clarify that my last two experiences with Enterprise were honestly some of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. One location (downtown Oklahoma City) completely forgot to show up for their shift, leaving me and a few other customers stranded outside. Another location (Moore) never answered the phone and left me waiting for hours. That said, my experience this time has been absolutely phenomenal. I worked with Darby, who was incredibly quick to pick me up, ensured I had everything I needed for a January snowstorm, and Trey helped me navigate coverage with insurance during a claim where the at-fault party was being difficult. The process of transferring between plans and handling everything was seamless, and I genuinely felt taken care of. I will always recommend this Enterprise location. Darby and the team made what could have been a stressful experience completely smooth and professional. Thank you for restoring my faith in Enterprise!

You were upbeat, welcoming, and accommodating to all who entered the facility!!! Kudos, keep up the good work!!! You did that!!! Share your training with others😊 P.S. My daughter and I loved the ambiance as well!!!

  So I was having a horrible day after my personal car decided to betray me but the customer service and shining personalities at Enterprise really cheered me up! Alicia helped me with obtaining a rental and she conducted the walk through with me. When I returned the car, she greeted me by name which was very warm and personable! She also asked about my personal car which I found very polite!! Friendliness is underrated these days.

  The staff were very rude and unprofessional, I was sent to this location by the insurance company who had arranged us a reservation for a vehicle with them. As I walked in I said “good afternoon “ none of them replied. I told them why I was there and the lady in the red hair just asked my name and said there was nothing for me, even after being sent there by the insurance company. After that she try to ask for help from the man and he didn’t even care. So we all stayed there in silent until I called the insurance again. I tried to dial the number that the insurance provided to me and it rang straight to their phone after saying it wasn’t with them. They didn’t even offer to help or look at another store and try to contact them to help me. They all just sat there on their phones , I got on the phone with the representative that sent me to this location and he tried to talk to the man in there and he didn’t seem to be interested in doing his job. I was there for almost an hour and none of them helped me horrible experience.
