- SFSummer FieldsDec 29, 20252.0This Enterprise does not work well with insurance companies. Twice I’ve had a reservation and they didn’t have the vehicle that the insurance company reserved. They also don’t let you know until you’re ready to pick up your vehicle, so then you’re stuck trying to find another Enterprise that has what you need. I talked to a girl today that was very unhelpful and transferred me to another Enterprise without even confirming that’s all I needed. I was in the middle of asking a question then started hearing hold music. Don’t book at this one!
