Start to finish, my experience was great The staff at the Rockwall location were friendly, professional, and quick. I was in and out in no time with a clean, nice car that was ready to go. So were others What stood out most was the follow-up Ms. Dree or Ms. Bre I couldn't catch her name but one of the agents actually called after my rental to check on my experience and even left a kind voicemail. That small gesture really meant a lot and showed they genuinely care about their customers. When my plans unexpectedly changed, my bill was easily and quickly adjusted without any hassle. That level of understanding and flexibility was a huge relief during a stressful time. They’re also very military friendly, which I truly appreciate. When I finally got around to calling back, I told the agent how great everything was but it was such a good experience that I felt like I needed to come here and leave a review. If you ever need to rent a car in the Rockwall area, I'd recommend this location. They were understanding, professional, and really just made the whole experience stress-free during a pretty stressful time.

Upgraded me to a nicer ride, and stayed after hours to make it happen! Trey is a rockstar! Give that guy a raise. Will definitely use this location again
