I arrived after midnight and was a little nervous about the service I would encounter at that hour. But Ryan was ready and waiting for me at the counter with a smile, (I believe that was his name) He was so friendly and helpful. He kindly directed me to the next area to pick up my car, the young man in the lot was also very friendly, and the third young man at the exit was just as friendly. What a relief when arriving to an unfamiliar city so late at night. When returning the car at about 4:45 a.m. I expected an “after-hours” drop off experience, but I was greeted by two very friendly, polite women with bright smiles. Latoya (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly) checked-in my car. She kindly directed me to the area to catch the shuttle. I was very happy with the Nissan Sentra that I rented, too. I can actually say that this was my best car rental experience ever. Highly recommend Enterprise at OKC airport! (For some reason my review appears to be showing 4.5 stars. But I chose 5 stars. 5 stars for sure! )
