    My husband rented a vehicle on a Monday. The vehicle began smoking from the engine area and leaked a significant amount of oil on our driveway that night. Enterprise instructed my husband to return the vehicle on Tuesday. The large oil stains on the driveway were addressed and images were provided. We were told they would be forwarded to risk management. Over a week later and we are still waiting to find out if enterprise is going to take accountability for the large oil stains on the driveway. We have repeatedly been told by the Enterprise location that they cannot provide an update on if and when we will hear the answer to our request that they take accountability for the damage their vehicle caused.
