  Bob was so great and communicated very well! The truck is running like a well oiled machine! Thanks for getting us back on the road. I love the friendly atmosphere at Classic, much better than other places I’ve been to.

  Dorian and Lilly, the owners are amazingly friendly and sweet! Had a great experience with their service department for my oil change and they took a video during the tire rotation to show me the wear and tear on my tires and took the time to explain and answer all my questions. Thank you!

  Huge thank you to Ryan B. and the crew at Confidence Chevrolet. When I needed a new transmission, Ryan stepped up and made it happen quickly — and at a great price. The entire process was smooth and completely stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and truly stand behind their work. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out and couldn’t recommend them more. Thanks again to Ryan and the rest of the team — you guys absolutely rock!

  I visited this dealership to look at a vehicle and had a very uncomfortable experience. I was interested in getting information and numbers, but when I decided I wasn’t ready to move forward, the staff became extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer. I was followed outside and pressured to come back in, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. On top of that, my driver’s license was taken for a test drive and was never returned. When I went back to address it, the staff showed little concern and shifted blame instead of helping resolve the situation. Losing a customer’s identification should be taken seriously, and I expected much better communication and accountability. I understand dealerships need to sell cars, but professionalism, respect for customers’ decisions, and basic responsibility are essential. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards.

  Classic Chevrolet Okc Service exceeded all expectations! I was treated as a true VIP, Jordan, Shaun and the Cashier Le were quick, efficient and extremely friendly. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to Classic Chevrolet OKC!
