    Terrible. They charged us 350 for a tech to come out and call tech support for our fridge. The fridge went out two months after we bought a new RV. We purchased an extended warranty that we can’t use, and charged me for a diagnostic fee and a tool fee. The tech called tech support and walked through how to diagnose the problem. Absolutely terrible experience in all aspects of camping world and I suggest everyone thinking about buying from them rethink that decision. We have had an issue on every step of the process. The trailer came with a vacuum and they told me it didn’t, until I showed them the big poster in the RV that said it did. They told me two different ways I was going to receive my tag, it took two months of me calling because our temp tag was expired. My sales person ghosted me until I called the manager. I have had bad experiences at multiple locations and customer service contacted me and they said “ I appreciate the opportunity to address your issues and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced” WOW Btw the tools the technician had to use was a volt meter and an electric drill.

    They sold me very expired caulk and refused to refund my money when I tried to return it.
