Respect their wishes, Don't try to force him into giving you information so you can try to put them in something that you think they may like. Someone says hey I know what I'm here for and I know what I want to look at. Leave them alone respect their wishes. I literally had to leave the store because a guy wouldn't respect what I asked. Trash horrible customer service. Someone should be fired whoever is in charge of your whole sales department should be fired!

It was pretty miserable to aimlessly wait and have to come back with three kids on a holiday. Our needs have changed and we’re looking to cancel all extras we purchased to pay it off and sell it but I can’t get anyone to answer me. I’ve been calling since September and always get the same ‘I’ll take a message’. One time I did speak to someone and followed up with an email but she no longer works there and I’m not sure where to turn. Other stores are unable to help and this one hasn’t been responsive.
