  As a woman, I felt very comfortable and confident about the service provided. Josh and Nick took great care of me, explained thoroughly and quoted the best price, which was very reasonable. The Google reviews are what prompted me to go there and they have lived up to their great reputation. I’m grateful to have found them.

  Malyke and Josh were amazing! The service was top notch from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. They explained everything and even took me to the bay to see for myself. As a woman I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of AT ALL. I will definitely be back if needed and will refer others.

  Was directed to them because I needed an alignment on a WRX that had to be done from a pit.I ended up leaving a 2nd vehicle for an alignment The manager called me and informed me that a critical nut on the car was about to fall off the bolt on one side of the vehicle and the same nut was completely gone on the other side with the bolt just hanging in its hole This was potentially dangerous He tracked down the missing nut and tightened the other There was no alignment needed and I was charged nothing for the repair After this excellent service, I brought in a 3 rd vehicle for an alignment 2 days later I’ll definitely be back and had a great experience

  We are from from Liberal, Ks and my friend Tammy brought her car in for a Tune-up, alignment, and New shock replacement for the back end of the car. The business was very well organized and very clean too. Was very impressed at how clean & well kept the Bays looked also! The service technician did a fantastic job on the car, as the car is running so much better and smoother. The car is also getting improved gas mileage! Josh was fantastic at being very transparent and detailed about explaining the repairs that were needed and gave us discounts where he could. Our overall experience was of the highest quality & very professional. We would be more than happy to bring the vehicle in for future services and repairs.

  My husband had the car, a 2011 Avalon, serviced at Brakes Plus on N. May in Oklahoma City on October 31, 2025. It went in for a free alignment check. The technician, JUSTIN, explained in detail all the elements of the procedure. JUSTIN also pointed out other areas underneath the car that could be problematic in the future. The manager, JOSHUA, explained how the future possible issues could be dealt with, if we choose to do so. Restroom is immaculately clean. An alcove has a water fountain and a water bottle filler device next to the coffee pot! Waiting area is *no frills* but GOOD. There is a TV up on a corner of the room, playing the equivalent of *elevator music,* on a low volume; again A GOOD THING! Here's the main thing: The service bays were free of litter. All the techs were working. JUSTIN was extremely knowledgeable about his work and all components of the wheel-alignment procedure. Both he and JOSHUA explained what future issues might arise in our 14-year-old car. Friendly, professional, honest people at every step of the visit. Even MALIK gets a shout-out. Bonus: we used a coupon and got $20. off! Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of five!
