  I had an amazing experience at Brake's Plus. I called and talked to Nick, explained to him what was going on with my vehicle and he was able to get me in same day, to not only look over my vehicle to see what all was wrong with it, but was also able to do the work same day as well. Nick treated me like family from the time I walked in to the time I drove off. Nick has a great crew working for him and you definitely can tell they all respect him.

  Great people, very knowledgeable, great help. Came in because I thought my brakes were rubbing my rotor and they ended up saving my rotor and giving me nw brakes as well as fixed my alignment to make the screeching stop. 10/10

  I took my 2005 Toyota Tacoma into Brakes Plus because the maintenance required light was on and a front headlight was out. I made an appointment online, and the time I wanted was available, which was convenient. When I arrived, I had to wait a few minutes at the front desk before someone helped me, but it wasn’t long at all. They already had my information in the system and just needed my signature before I could either wait in the lobby or drop the truck off. I chose to drop it off and left around 1:15. They called me at 3:43 with the diagnosis and clearly explained my options before moving forward. The truck was ready about an hour later. Overall, it was a positive experience. They didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need, and everyone I interacted with was kind and courteous. I’d definitely consider coming back.

  So here's the full story. I drive a German car so Brakes Plus doesn't carry the brakes or brake pad sensors needed for my vehicle. I ordered the parts for my front brakes and had Brakes Plus install them. They told me I'd have a couple months before I'd need to do my rear brakes. So here we are a couple months later, I've ordered my brakes and sensors and then I called Brakes Plus only for them to tell me they changed their policy and they won't install the brakes I have even though they are brand new better than OEM Brembo brake pads, not some cheap budget brand. They will however, allow me to come in and put their budget non OEM brakes on my car. So Brakes Plus, instead of the copy and paste replies asking to email opinions, I'll just give it to you. If you only want to work on Fords and Nissans, just say so. Nobody in an Audi, BMW, or Mercedes wants to walk in and be presented with options that make the car less safe, lose value, and generally perform worse. A crappy set of brakes does all of those.
