I went to this dealership with my dad who can be difficult to deal with at times. He always wants the best for me and I had been seeking his advice on getting into a new car after an accident I got into. We had been to several dealerships and not found many of the salesmen to be helpful. But here, we spoke with Sam, who listened to what we were saying about our budget. We looked at two cars that I didn’t like when he suggested a third. The price was too high so I didn’t want to test drive it, and I told him it did not fit my budget. I was ready to leave, but he came back out and told me they would offer it to me for the price I wanted. I walked away with that same car, a Passat, and I’m glad I did. This review is one day after purchase, but I’m glad and found this dealership overall to be full of good people

Took my 21 year old sister to purchase her first car. Our sales representative Kris, was very nice. Showed us multiple cars, very knowledgeable. She found a car she loved, we went inside to talk numbers. We told them we would be doing a direct finance with our bank, which is Chase. Right away the finance manager was visibly upset, I get it, they want us to finance through them. However, we were set on using her bank. We were also told we would need the purchased car to have insurance before leaving the lot. Also we were told we could put down a $500 deposit that would be refundable if the sale didn't go through or would go toward any car purchased. She gave the deposit this was Saturday 9/27.
By Monday 9/29, we had a cashiers check, the car added to insurance and an approved car finance through Chase. We applied with Chase using the vin # from the car we were going to purchase, therefore, the approval was vehicle-specific. I was told by a Chase representative when Chase ties an approval to a vin #, it automatically uploads it to the dealers Chase Dealer Portal, which Bob Moore should have access too. I was told by Kris that they had "ties" to Chase and used Chase often.
Right away the finance guy, Jamiah said he didn't have anything from Chase and that we needed to either get a bankers draft from Chase or refinance through them. I spoke to Chase twice on the phone and was told from their end everything was good all we needed to do was sign, that the dealer didn't need a bankers draft, that the funds are processed electronically when they finalized the paper work (Hello 2025). At this point, I didn't feel comfortable and it was decided to not go through with the sale.
We went back a couple hours later and let Kris know we wouldn't be going through with it. Kris was very nice and right away let us know he would be refunding the $500 deposit back and giving back her cashiers check, before we even asked. Then some guy who didn't even introduced himself came to let us know they wouldn't be refunding the deposit since it was nonrefundable, he later introduced himself as the sales manager. I told him we were told it was refundable and he just kept asking and pushing about purchasing the car. The sales manager, who didn't tell me his name, kept saying he wasn't going to refund the deposit and we just needed to buy the vehicle. Jamiah, also came and kept stating that it was just how it worked etc etc. I told them we didn't trust them and would take our business elsewhere. I politely asked them both to leave. Kris, came back apologizing stating they recently got new management and it was a mess, and that all this should have been handled better. He stated he would refund the deposit, since he was the one who said it would be refundable (later texted me to dispute it with our credit card, see screenshot).
I would be very careful purchasing a vehicle with them. They are very pushy, rude and will take advantage. Except for Kris and another gentleman who also seem to not agree with the finance and sales manager. I believe they stated they "didn't have anything from Chase" to run her credit again and get us to finance with them.
