- RWRebekah Willmett5 days ago5.0My husband and I showed up at 6PM (they were set to close at 7) with our two toddlers in tow and had a vehicle to trade-in and were hoping to purchase an Atlas. We were connected with Sam as our salesman and he was great. Even though we were there after close everyone (even the other salesmen that weren’t working directly with us) helped entertain our toddlers and did not act frustrated that we were there in the last hour. I feel they gave me a fair deal. Then to top it all off, a few days after purchasing our Atlas, the battery died. I brought the car back to the dealership and the service team was excellent. They helped solve the issue I was having in an incredibly fair way and the whole experience has just been ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! We will be back when I upgrade to my third Volkswagen lol. Thanks Bob Moore VW, Sam, and the service team members who were excellent but I did not get your names!

The technician did a great job with the multi point inspection video/report so I know exactly what’s going on with my vehicle. My service advisor was very professional and transparent. Previously I went to Oklahoma City Volkswagen and was up-charged for a digital storage fee. Stay away from Oklahoma City Volkswagen and come to Bob Moore Volkswagen instead. Friendly staff and great service. I will be back again. Seriously, stay away from Oklahoma City Volkswagen they will up charge you for any and everything.

Honestly, the entire team at Bob Moore VW was so patient and understanding even when my 9-month-old discovered a new skill: screaming at full volume periodically 😅. The financing process was quick, respectful, and pressure-free. They listened to my goals and truly respected them, which made the whole experience stress-free.
