Dylan and Blaze made what could have been an overwhelming process incredibly seamless and stress-free. In fact, buying the car ended up being the easiest part of my entire situation. I knew exactly which model and specifications I wanted, and Dylan immediately located the car at another dealership and had it brought in before insurance even issued the final total-loss declaration. Blaze had the vehicle detailed, prepared, and ready to go—and he patiently answered all of my (many) questions. In full disclosure, I fully expected to end up in another Lexus, but the financing and the overall experience with Dylan and Blaze were exceptional. Everything fell into place perfectly. I’m very happy to be giving Subaru a try and couldn’t be more pleased with how smooth this purchase was.

Even let me take it to show my husband since he wasn't going to be able to get up there before they closed to see it. Went back and forth with my trade-in but ultimately left feeling great about it! It hadn't been detailed yet, even though it was pretty pristine, but they let me drive one of their loaner vehicles while they got that knocked out. Highly recommend!

I came from Tulsa to OKC to purchase a car, had previously agreed the total price amount $27,945 from the salesman including CPO protection plan 7year/100K miles cost us $995, Before arriving the finance manager, KYLIE added VSC extended warranty and Package Protection E a total amount $5K which raised the price of the car, our loan , that was not agreed upon before processing the paperwork, We were not informed, nor did KYLIE ever EXPLAIN to us anything about the warranty she added and next thing we know the price of the car loan had changed and added amount to be financed. The next day, we spoke the sales manager refer us the dealership Finance Director: Luis to explain what happened , but he completely disregard our concern and situation at hand, Instead he continued to push the extended warranty on me without trying to resolve the issue. We decided to drove back Again to the dealership and just Paid out right via Check to be done with the situation. There was never an APOLOGY from the Sales Manaager or Mr. Luis finance director and Kylie, So If You Decide to purchase a vehicle from them, Bob Moore Subaru -OKC Please be Aware of Everything signing those IPADS, and Evverything they tell you and Overlook the paperwork before they zeal the white envelope, and before leaving dealership building, Also understand the Customer Service will not be the BEST.
