Tey approached us, looked at the vehicle I showed him on my phone, retrieved the vehicle, and sent us on our way for a test drive. At no point was he pushy. He didn’t try to talk me into something else. He was friendly and kind, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment we spent with him throughout the purchasing experience! On top of that, we received a three-year bumper-to-bumper warranty on a used car! I was not expecting that and I am truly grateful for it! If you are searching for a new vehicle, I highly recommend coming to this dealer, and asking specifically for Tey!

I took up a project this summer of rebuilding an engine in my 2014 Crosstrek, and the parts staff was not only very helpful in getting me the parts I needed, but also very patient with me as I worked through the project. I would not hesitate doing another rebuild on a Subaru knowing that these professionals are nearby!

Our patience was tested since the process took over three hours. Much of that time was waiting for information on what was going on with our car situation. The waiting process could be made better with a little customer service of cookies and cokes or something along that line. Overall, Trevor and finance agent Jarod were helpful in getting us through the process. We have not bought another car in over 10 years, and now I know why - too much time and tension for us old folks.

Since then there service department has been nothing but awesome. I got 2 years of free maintance. My service adviser Patrick offered a free car wash and keep me up to date on the service status. They also texted and emailed me video of there work and inspection (NICE). They treat you like you are one of the best customers. I always wait and thankful they have really nice waiting area. I bring my dog and they have a small dog area. She is also welcome inside. She gets lots of attention. I will continue to bring my car there and buy my next Subaru there as long as they keep up the service. Thank You Bob Moore Subaru
