On November 15th, Mark Nelson (my salesman,) and then Matlin, and Clint made this the best car buying experience. A deer totaled my daughter’s new Kia about 7 weeks ago. This go round, we researched reliability, crash safety tests, etc and she was set on a Mazda CX-5. She was very specific on a black one with red leather. Since her 18th birthday is tomorrow I wanted to surprise her with exactly what she wanted but I wasn’t sure if I could pull it off and keep it a secret. These three men helped not only with pricing, paperwork, and being speedy, but also distracting her with soda from Sonic and driving her around the parking lot to “look” at potential other vehicles since i told her we were unable to afford the car she wanted and she needed to find something else. We were able to work the deal, sign the papers, and leave the dealership with her none the wiser. Mark even delivered it 90 miles away to my family’s home to hide it from her so I could surprise her and provided a big bow. She is over the moon right now. They went above and beyond and with zero pressure from the guys either. Thank you guys so much!!! Mark, I will be back sometime next year for my Mazda.
