Special shout out to CJ! Their porter. He instantly realized I was a returning customer and asked if he could help me on the drive. He quickly brought the loaner vehicle back around for me to grab something, very important, that I forgot. He grabbed it for me. And handed it to me directly. That’s the definition of great attitude and service.

Dale Hampsmire was great, very knowledgeable about the CX50 I bought. The experience was quick and easy not like other times when I had a high pressure salesperson. Everyone at the dealership was very polite and friendly. Dale spent time going through all the accessories, bells and whistles on the car which I appreciated! I highly recommend Bob Moore Mazda! Ask for Dale!

Absolute trash dealership! First of all, the sales rep and everyone else in the dealership was so busy, they could not be bothered to go on the test drive with me and my daughter, nor did anyone explain the vehicle's features to us. Had to figure those out after the fact. Okay fine no big deal. I had done my research and pretty much knew i wanted this particular vehicle before I got there. But the thing that has me absolutely livid is that they completely and purposely mislead me to add on unnecessary coverage telling me it was an extra $50 monthly charge and I could cancel at any time. Made it sound like it was a type of coverage payment that would be separate from the loan. Was actually an almost $10,000 add on to the loan that I would have to pay interest on for the next however many years. So I would be paying 39k for a 29k vehicle. And I know they mislead us on purpose, and made it sound the way it did because nobody with a brain would ever agree to overpay for a vehicle by 10k more plus interest than it's worth. Then when I saw the loan amount from my bank, the dealership's finance department would not take my phone calls or call me back or answer my texts anymore. I had purposely sought out a vehicle specifically with this dealership because they had such good reviews. Will never do business with them again and i highly do not recommend
