Out of state with no transportation, shopping online from a hotel more than 30 minutes away. Matt got in the vehicle we were looking at and drove it out to us, and brought us to the dealership. On the way he made sure we didn't need to stop and get food, really showed the human side, not just salesman side. The whole team was great, even the finance side just kept it lively and turned out a great experience. Loving our new Kia Sportage! Thanks again for all you and your team did!
