  No I'm not satisfied by any means. I brought the vehicle for a diagnosis for the vehicle over heating. I got report back saying they swapped the caps and recommend and fluid transfer. Then wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to perform that service. On top of that wanted to charge an additional $390 to continue the diagnosis. They should have focused on the issue that I had brought it in for and not the other stuff they have wrote it up for. Now I'm out $225 and I still have no idea what's wrong with my vehicle and you want to charge me an additional thousand dollars to continue the diagnosis not even knowing what's wrong with it. I am not happy and I will be running this up the chain.

  The whole experience at Bob Moore Infiniti from the the finance director fraudulently running my credit thru numerous lenders when I specifically made it clear that I only authorized them to run thru Infiniti financial, to the ongoing issues with the vehicle since the first month up until now still dealing with all the same issues with them not being fixed.

  Bob Moore Infiniti was fantastic. We are very happy with our Infiniti Qx 60. Greg was very professional . He was very friendly .Can’t forget to mention the guy that was going to call the police on me for trying to steal a car from him. He made my day. We are so glad we stopped and got us a new car. Best Valentine’s ever!

  Scott Warfel from Bob Moore Infiniti was THE BEST! He made us feel very welcome from the second we stepped onto the lot. Being there felt so refreshing with Scott and his team being so accommodating and transparent about the process. He got us into our dream car the QX80 Sport and did everything possible to make the process smooth and efficient. He even came and picked me up after I sold my other car across the street. Such a great experience with Scott and he was so kind to my wife and son. AND THEN THE FINANCE TEAM came through with the most exceptional service. No games, no weird hoops to jump through just an extremely smart and thorough department that worked very hard and late getting all our paperwork in order and finding the best rate. I could not recommend this dealership enough and look forward to making a lot more further purchases there. Thank you!
