Service is amazing, streamlined, and customer oriented as opposed to Norman where it’s haphazard at best. Bryan in service has consistently been someone who is customer service oriented and focused to meeting the customer needs. Overall, I highly recommend traveling to Bob Moore Ford in Moore if tired of putting up with the chaos and lack of customer service at other Ford Dealerships.

- TGTerry GilbertNov 11, 20251.0Took my Raptor in for routine oil change. When I returned home I noticed an oil spot on garage floor. Looked underneath truck and there was oil (old oil) all over the skid plates, etc. and it had sprayed all over the bottom of my truck on the drive home. Popped the hood and noticed they didn't top off washer fluid or the coolant reservoir (below min level) and it appeared the air filter was in need of replacing. Also, all 4 tires were below the recommended 38 psi...one was sitting at 31 psi which tells me they didn't check tire pressures after rotating tires. Text the service rep and he asked when I could bring back in to check things out. I live in Edmond and already spent close to 3hrs at dealership (with an appointment) just for an oil change and tire rotation and I didn't have time to make another trip so took care of everything myself. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Yep I was there on 11/7. Check photo.

Wasn't bombarded by sales guys , I actually had to walk inside,then I first met Dan who treated me like family right off the bat. Then Fred introduced himself and treated me like family as well. Mr. Hooks my sales guy went with me and we took it for a spin. He answered all my questions and of course he treated me like family. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's different packages. I told him let's make a deal,Fred gave me an exceptional deal on the truck. No arguing or haggling over pennies. Then I was introduced to Mr. Nathan Price,a true scholar and gentleman. Who of course treated me like family. He walked me through the worse process of all in my opinion, Financing. He answered all my questions and gave me my options and which would be best for me. I already had my own financing, but he got me a better interest rate and terms. So thankful for his help with that.He saved me money and I appreciate that at all times. Bob Moore Ford, thank you.
