  We were just beginning our search for a new suv. We visited Robert Hooks at Bob Moore Ford and he spent hours with us to make sure he matched all our requirements. Coming up with a price we could live with wasn’t as difficult as we had thought either. Robert was above helpful and was truthful in all his information. Therefore, our search was over in one day and we didn’t have to run all over town.

  Recently purchased from this dealership. Honestly our experience with them was great. Enjoyed talking to the staff. The only two down falls I had, was before our deal was agreed upon/made they took photos of my car before anything was done. And how I know this is because of the photos they're using for my old cars listing. In my eyes they took photos BEFORE the car was theirs. My personal belongings are in the photos. And I mean everything! They couldnt have atleast put an emoji or edit my tag out. Im sorry but thats not okay. Second the mess we had to go through for them after we shook hands and before leaving the dealership we made sure there was absolutely nothing else they needed from us. Finance told us no they have everything. I get a call the day before New Years in the afternoon when most places were already closed due to it being New Years Eve. They waited and said hey we need this information like now because the deal isn't done. My husband and I both asked before leaving the lot we asked. Then I was promised a phone call Monday to confirm some minor tag information. Never got that call. Other than these issues, our experience was good. I wish this dealership would use other photos of my old car WITHOUT all my belongings in/on the car.

  This is the third time I have had my new car in for major repairs in 3 years. It’s the same every time. Takes 48 hrs to diagnose the problem. Then schedule an appointment to have it fixed but they never fix it in that day. They keep the car for 2-4 days to repair it. Even though they know what parts to order before hand, they don’t order them until you leave the car there. I drive for a living. I’m out $500 a weekday and $750 on weekends. I will never use Bob Moore Service department again and will certainly never buy another car from them.

  I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F150 at Bob Moore Ford at SE 89th St and I35, Oklahoma City. The experience was a good one beginning with the Bob Moore website, which allowed me to do my homework before visiting the dealership through the CARFAX retrievals, trade in and price negotiation. My sales rep was Jeremiah Rhodes who is a very knowledgeable customer focused individual with a broad work experience and strong mechanical background. His skill made it a painless experience. I would recommend Jeremiah and Bob Moore for anyone interested in a Ford truck. Mark Nagle.

  Was forced to use their delivery company and 11 days after signing docs and wiring the money, my vehicle has not shipped. Wired funds on the 17th. On the 19th they messaged asking if I had sent the funds and then they "found them". Yes, the purchase was around the holidays but there were several days in which the vehicle could have been shipped. I was in contact with several other shipping companies who assured me they'd have it delivered by the 25th. I let them know early this was for an end of year business purchase and wanted to register the vehicle by EOY. Decent folks, but you might want to rethink that shipping policy if you can't get quality service from those you are sub contracting.
