    I wanted to take a moment to recognize Bryan in the service department. I’m nearly 60 years old and have been driving and servicing vehicles since I was 16, and he is — without question — the best service advisor I have ever worked with. Bryan communicates clearly, follows through on what he says, and treats customers with genuine respect. He explains issues in a way that makes sense, never pressures, and makes you feel confident your vehicle is being taken care of properly. Most importantly, he builds trust — which is rare in the auto service industry. Because of Bryan, I will continue bringing my vehicle back to this dealership and recommending it to others. Employees like him are the reason customers stay loyal. Please pass along my sincere appreciation for the outstanding job he does every day.

    Easy dealership to work with. They respect the contact method and don’t blow up your phone. Kyle Duffey was very professional and polite, he answered all my questions and even gave great pointers on the differences in the vehicles I was looking at. Fred was helpful as well answering my questions about size and suspension. Nathan was equally pleasant to work with and got me some extras to take care of covering the vehicle.

    I went in Wednesday to test drive a bronco sport and they couldn’t get the payments where we wanted, which was fine but then John Crosby the sales manager called us back today and said he could get our payments where we wanted them…he got them close and we said he had a deal…now mind you we were looking at the sand color and ONLY the sand color and my husband verified that the first time he called. We get there to sign the papers and pick up our new vehicle and he decides we can only have the blue bronco. There was a $1000 difference but that was all and the fact that he lied to us and we drove an hour to get there was kind of crappy. Then he wouldn’t even show his face to explain. He really tried to get one over on us….needless to say we walked out! That’s very shady stuff!! That’s why salesmen have a bad reputation.

    Carl assisted me in purchasing a 2025 Ford Explorer. He was transparent and honest and informed me up front that the online price is in fact to get you in the door and that is not the purchase price, which is what most dealerships do unfortunately. He was very thorough and showed me how to work all the bells and whistles in the car. Prior to me leaving with my new car, he introduced me to the service department and scheduled my first oil change and filled the car with gas. Very pleasant experience!

    Made my service appointment online on Sunday for typical service on Monday ; “the works”, front & rear brakes and alignment. They got it back to the dealership at 9:30 am. I called 11:40 to see how they were progressing. They assured me that a technician was working on it and that the breaks didn’t need to be done. Called back at 1:45 nothing new told they would call back. Nothing. Called at 4 said they had keys in hand, I asked that they let me know when it’s on the way. 4:30 comes around and they said it’s not done and will be done sometime tomorrow 2/17. Thankfully I got a loaner. Called back next morning today at 9 to follow up and didn’t get done till 1:45. You’re telling me that it takes 13 hours to get an oil change and alignment done? The breaks were for preventative maintenance, I still wanted them done. A bunch of lairs and empty promises. I have a dash cam and they never touched it on Monday and started working on it at 9:45 on Tuesday. Never coming here again.
