For him not being at this dealership very long, he did amazing! He was lightly comical and kept the conversation going. He was very understandable and helped us get a good price considering the cosmetic details of the car weren’t the best. Now, the financing took way longer than any other dealership. They had no sense of urgency, and I had places to be, but that is nothing Gary personally could have helped. Overall, a splendid experience, and I’d give Gary Williams 5 stars, but the dealership 4 stars, simply because, as I understand it, they were grateful for my patience, but there was no need for me to be kept waiting over 45 minutes, after the paperwork had already been signed, just to get documentation for my bank.
