I am very satisfied with the service I received at this dealership. Mr. Kevin Bennett was my sales representative and I could not have been more impressed by his professionalism and hospitality. The entire team was a pleasure to work with but Mr. Bennett certainly set the bar high. Truly felt as though I was working with family. The entire process was smooth. I have never had a more pleasant experience. Mr. Bennett will not waste your time and is an honest businessman. I am extremely grateful for Mr. Bennett and would highly recommend him to everyone I know.

Pros: Curt is a nice guy and is enthusiastic.
All of this started because when I bought my car from here in May, I discovered there was no cabin air filter installed. So I installed one myself. When it was time for an oil change I brought it back here, wanting to 1) have that noted and 2) check that I did it correctly.
Car was damaged during routine oil change (steering wheel cut by a tool). Really poor experience getting them to do the right thing and fix it the right way. Then I had a short in the battery a couple days later and the car was not drivable. It took doing some deep LinkedIn searching to find any bob moore manager emails I could in order to get anything done. Was told a leather repair would restore the car to factory condition. Absolutely not (this is a nearly brand new car). It took major back and forth and getting ahold of higher ups (cfo or coo I believe? Talked to so many people I couldn’t even tell you) to finally get the steering wheel replaced.
Car was towed to the Edmond dealership and the experience with them was one thousand times better. I 100% recommend the Edmond dealership.

Kevin Bennett was my sales person and he made it the best experience I've ever had buying a car and it's not close. I've put off buying a car many tunes because I despise the games and sliminess of salesmen I've encountered every single time I've gone through this process. Kevin was straightforward, not pushy and genuinely kind. There was no slow playing, the "let me go talk to manager" crap. It was one trip to the boss/finance people to check my credit situation and that was it. Best of all I'm certain I got the best I could. Save yourself the headache and just ask for him when you show up!

I walked onto the lot expecting to meet a car salesman… and somehow left with a new Jeep and a new friend-Gary Williams. 😊
From the start, he passed the most important test: buying a Jeep from a Jeeper. Because let’s be honest — you never want to know more about your vehicle than the person selling it to you.🙄 He spoke fluent Wrangler and knew and pointed out the differences in my current Jeep vs. the new one.
At one point his manager bought lunch for the sales team, and this man — protector of Southern traditions — had apparently wrangled an extra sweet tea for himself. But in a true act of sacrifice and hospitality, he offered it to me. Anyone willing to give up sweet tea is either a saint or committed to the sale… I’m choosing to believe saint. 😉
When it came time to talk numbers, Gary fought tooth and nail to get me the best deal possible. I never felt like I was being “worked” — it felt like I had someone in my corner, going into battle on my behalf.
Once the Jeep was officially mine, he didn’t just toss me the keys and wave goodbye. Oh no — we went through everything. He linked my iPhone, walked me through features I didn’t even know I needed, and made sure I felt completely confident before leaving the lot.
He even checked every nook and cranny of my trade-in (places I didn’t even know existed) to make sure I hadn’t left anything behind. That level of care says everything about the kind of person he is. Down to earth, lighthearted, fun, and genuinely invested in my experience — the whole process felt easy and enjoyable.
And then came my favorite part…
When I asked him to take a photo of me with my new Jeep, he didn’t just snap one quick picture. He became a full-fledged professional photographer — adjusting angles, framing the shot, making sure the lighting hit just right. The man understood this was a moment.
So, enough about Gary… Chris — the finance wizard — went above and beyond to hunt down the perfect financing for my situation. I’m pretty sure that enormous ring displayed on his desk was a finance super bowl ring.
And Taylor, the sales manager? He knew exactly what he was doing when he paired me up with Gary because he knew I was a Jeeper at heart.
Then, as if that wasn’t enough, Taylor came out as I was leaving just to make sure everything was perfect. Who does that?!
So yes… I came for a Jeep.
But I left with a great deal, great photos, zero forgotten belongings — and a dealership and salesman I’d happily send friends and family to without hesitation.

We called Bob Moore Chrysler and Jeep to trade our 2024 2 door Jeep Wrangler in on a 2025 4 door Jeep Wrangler. We tried a couple other dealerships and couldn't make a deal. I called Kevin Bennet about the Jeep on their lot we were interested in. He went out and took videos of the exterior, interior, and the engine bay. Rebates were awesome. We made a deal in less than 5 minutes. Kevin went above and beyond. Exceptional service. Chris in finance emailed the documents. We e signed. scheduled Friday to pick up. Kevin met greeted us and showed us our new Jeep. Trey Smith in finance finalized the deal. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Kevin Bennet, Chris, and Trey Smith Made Bob Moore shine bright. One of the best car purchases we have ever made. Thank you, gentlemen for your incredible work ethic.
