    Are you sure you guys are a dealership? They went above and beyond. Jerry E. was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He helped me from the minute I called in to look at a new vehicle for my family and did not pressure me or anything. It was the most relaxed and easy going car buying process I have ever been to. He answered my questions and was patient with me. We even shared life stories and funny moments that took the sales part out of it. Bob Moore is very lucky to have him. They helped me get my dream car and went above and beyond. He stayed late to wash it and gas it up for me as well. Eric M. in the business office was also exemplary. He was not pushy, made the process easy and was willing to answer my questions. He made the finance part simple and explained the warranty in detail. He helped me get the best rate with my position and I truly can’t thank him enough. Once again, Bob Moore you have a great team working for you and definitely are the top CDJR dealership in OKC. I will absolutely be referring friends and family to you all and will be coming back down the road for my next vehicle. Thank you guys again for everything you did to help me!

    I had an outstanding experience with Gary Williams at Bob Moore Jeep. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he also took a genuine interest in understanding my plans and preferences. He presented me with 10 different Jeep options, carefully explaining the unique features of each, including the various packages such as Rubicon, Willy's, Sports, and Sport S. Out of the 15 different vehicles that I have bought throughout my lifetime, he has been the best sales person that I've ever experienced.

    Im a recurring bob moore customer, bought and get one of my vehicles serviced at another dealership of theirs, the service department here is very hard to get ahold of, and doesnt return phone calls, when i called them and finally was able to talk to someone regarding a service the line was very staticky and the guy would interrupt me everytime i tried to speak... its sad that we have to rely so much on delearships to service our vehicles and cant even get good communication...👎👎👎

    Expectations Exceeded or Not Met??? Raise your hand if you’ve ever researched a car, and went to a dealership where you were greeted by a young guy wearing a necktie that was unable to answer basic questions about the car? Then he asked the rehearse question “Whats it gonna take to put you in this car”? I had a recent experience with an actual “Professional Car Sales Representative”, Kevin Bennett (aka KB) with Bob Moore Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Oklahoma City. Examples of how KB went the extra mile to provide an outstanding car buying experience: 1. After I set my appointment, I received a texted video KB shot with his iphone. He pointed out the features of cars exterior and interior. This was impressive! 2. When I arrived, KB was able to answer all my questions and was well versed in the various features of the Infotainment Center. 3. After I pointed out that the AC did seem cold enough, Boom, he had it in the shop and it was repaired. 4. KB knew the car was for our Granddaughter. Two days after I had bought the car, I informed KB that there was no spare and jack in the trunk. He immediately ordered the parts from KIA and they arrived in only 2 days. When I pick it up, KB said now I wouldn’t have to worry about our Granddaughter having a breakdown and no Spare. Now that IS a Sales Professional who absolutely EXCEEDED my expectations!!!!!!

    Thank You, Chris. So far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle & I have bought a lot cars, trucks & RVs in my lifetime, but never a Jeep. Chris was awesome. He listened to me when I explained what I was looking for. A new Jeep Wrangler that I could flat tow behind my RV (which I have never done before). He was very patient during all of our conversations. He understood that I wanted a new Jeep, but he told me they had a 2024 low milage, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in great condition. I told him I would test drive it, but I also wanted to test drive a new Jeep. I really prefer to buy new vehicles with the full warranty. During the test drive on the 2024 Rubicon. Chris was great explaining how to shift gears & how to put it in towing neutral. He helped me connect my phone, showed me a lot of the features & add-ons, some the previous owner added. He even took me to their back lot and showed me how to go up & down hills. He said I could come back in a week or so he would help me with any questions I might have. I really liked it a lot. It had all of the bells and whistles that I wanted. Most importantly, it had the current safety features I was looking for. I told Chris I still wanted to test drive a new Jeep, which they only had 4 door Jeeps which meant it was more than a foot longer the used one (short is better for me). After getting into a new Jeep Wrangler Sport I decided not to test drive it because right off the bat I realized it didn't have the blind spot monitoring. Safety is my #1 priority. So, I decided that the 2024 was my best option for what I was looking for. Everyone I spoke was extremely friendly & helpful. They even let me bring my dog. Which made her very happy. I did buy a extended service package & they beat my banks great interest rates. Hopefully, their service dept is as great as their sales dept. It did take longer than I expected, but all & it was all good experience. No high pressure sales pitches. Just nice, friendly, & informative convertions. Chris even drove the jeep home for me since I had my car with me.
