  Bouba was a great salesman. Very nice and knowledgeable. Absolutely no pressure. I went in for information about the GMC truck. Told him I was in the market and was not sure what brand I wanted. He took time. showed me several vehicles. Ty in parts was also great. He gave recommendations for a bed cover. Very patient and informative. Every person at the dealership thanked me for my military service. It was very nice.

  Garren was very nice, allowed my husband to test drive our dream car, with my husband being on a business trip all week- Garren even took a video of the car and explained some of the special features. He got straight to the point- no BS. He had to leave due to a mandatory meeting in Texas- However he passed us off to a gentleman named Luke. Luke was lovely. Very professional and polite. We explained our issue, he shot us some solutions- different option. He was far more interested in push and pulling with us on the payment of our dream car. We compromised on the payment, but ultimately got what we wanted. He helped set up onstar, move our things into our new car, he was very sweet. Hopefully we don’t need another car for several years, but when we do, we’ll be coming back to see you Luke! You were awesome! **John was our finance guy- also awesome. We talked about our options, very straightforward- which when you’re buying a brand new car- you need someone to be honest, kind but direct with you. Overall, it felt like they actually wanted to help us. You guys were great.

  My '04 GMC Sierra gave up the ghost September 30, and I needed a replacement. A friend took me to Bob Moore, and salesman Brad Palmer met us at the door. I told him my situation, that my Sierra made a GMC believer out of me (I owned it for 10 years and took it to 331K miles), and I needed a replacement. I was interested in something used, and he took me to their selection. Nothing stood out, and he asked, "What about a Canyon?" They had a '23 GMC Canyon on the lot with only 1950 miles on it. After a test drive, I was ready to talk business, and I left with the truck that night. Brad answered any and all questions and sped me through the process of buying a vehicle. I highly recommend Brad and Bob Moore!

  Don was amazing after having to buy a a new work vehicle because ours kept giving out. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were greeted when we got on the lot and even looked at a few other vehicles. Promise we’ll be back for the New Sierra model.

  From the moment I walked into Bob Moore Buick GMC, I was greeted by some of the sweetest people. It’s rare nowadays to walk into a business where the environment is full of positive energy & encouragement. Everyone I came into contact with took the time to learn my name, ask me how my day was, & ask me if I needed anything. The car buying process can be extensive and sometimes stressful, but my process buying a car at Bob Moore was smooth & I was able to get all my questions answered. I left there feeling great about my purchase. I want to give a personal shoutout to the men who helped me start to finish with my car buying experience. HUGE shoutout to Mr. Lidia. He showed me multiple cars and most of the days he did, he stayed after hours to make sure I had all my questions answered. I’m highly satisfied with his performance & knowledge. I will be recommending him to anyone I know who’s looking to purchase a vehicle. Another shoutout - Mr. Siems. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and made the financial side of purchasing my vehicle go absolutely swimmingly. I couldn’t be more thankful that this was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I won’t be shopping / looking anywhere else in the future.
