- MMMark MathewsJan 4, 20261.0My wife and I went in to purchase an Ultimate Denali XL. The salesman searched inventory, we worked with him for almost a month test driving and searching for the right vehicle. We finally discussed the steps in ordering and building what we wanted. We came in the store and the salesman walked us through the process, told us the vehicle would be picked up by GMC and would be on built within the month. So with that being said and 67 days later we decided to go elsewhere and actually had to purchase a vehicle because of a transmission issue in our current vehicle. We called to cancel the order, the salesman told us we would be refunded our small deposit then as it would be our order was picked up by GMC on Dec 23rd 72 days after the order was placed. I called until the first week of January to get our deposit when I finally got a hold of the manager and he told me tough luck. The salesman was totally unknowledgeable about the process mislead us on the timing and deposit. Wouldn’t recommend doing business here.

The pricing was fair, quick service but not overbearing, took care of anything I needed or asked, and most of all just laid back and not pushing to sell. They didn't try and beat me up on my trade and truck I bought was fair on price as well. I would recommend going to see Garron and the team if you are in the market for sure. I know they will take care of you from start to finish, and this is coming from someone who wasn't a big fan of car dealerships.

If you're looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Bob Moore GMC—they really take excellent care of you.

But apparently it doesnt specify on there thats its free it just says diesel oil change. So the advisor got his manager involved in which he was very short tempered and said he would offer us 10%. I told him I had several other coupons the exact same way and he said congratulations and walked away. Super disappointed after spending over 150k with them for the service manager to act that way. When your a manager your supposed to be able to handle situations and upset customers. I hope his day gets better along with his ability to manage people and situations.
