The last several times I’ve been in this store—both on the marine side and the gun side—have been horrible experiences. I’ve had to wait over an hour each time just to get parts and service cashed out so I could pull my boat and leave. Most recently, I spent more than an hour in the gun shop trying to purchase a used firearm because the staff couldn’t correctly enter the serial number and clearly didn’t know what they were doing. To make matters worse, they ran my Social Security number and got me approved for a credit card without my permission. That’s completely unacceptable. The overall service is terrible, and they seem to have no regard for customers’ time or trust.

They just leave a voicemail demanding that you call them back with no actual information. It’s common for anyone leaving a voicemail these days.

The electric motors seemed like cheap crap, went to the gas motors and found more of the same. Guy was yammering on his earpiece the whole time, save you cash and buy local.
