- ATAustin ThompsonFeb 9, 20265.0A few months back I was having issues with the charging system on my truck. My truck died on the street right next to AutoZone and wouldn't start. Michael came out and had to put a jumpbox on my battery while I limped the truck into the parking lot. Once I got it parked Michael and Lee both helped me charge my battery enough to be able to test my battery and my alternator. They both were knowledgeable and very helpful in picking out the right alternator and making the best decision to get my truck back on the road. I was then able to change my alternator in the parking lot while they charged my battery. It was the best customer service experience I've ever had. Thank you Michael and Lee for your help!!!!

Shouldn't have that job if that's how he's going to act - you work at a car shop, you're going to have to deal with incliment weather. 1000 stars for Moses Gonzales for going above and beyond for testing my car battery and setting me up with a replacement. He's an angel and a gentleman and the model of good customer service.
