- KCKadey ChoiDec 2, 20251.0The elderly man with glasses Bald Wouldn’t accept my item to be returned without a receipt Hasn’t been more than 30 days Wasn’t opened Nor in bad shape It was a liquid Wouldn’t even look it up with an account or number or offer store credit Which was all fine Until I called two other locations who simply said “bring it in, we’ll look it up and figure it out” So either he need more customer service training, training on policies in general, or shouldn’t work with the public because he’ll have to help other that don’t look like him. The item was returned to the store with a receipt, but the comical thing about that is I was still asked for my number for the return when I was told that my number would not help with returning the item.
