Said his hands wouldn't fit (looked like they would) and that I needed to uninstall the whole light casing to get it done. I got it done after I figured out where the bulb goes and how to get it out. Took like 5-10 minutes tops. Kinda felt like he was blowing me off. He was polite about it, but I was under the impression that he didn't want to be there.
