- DWDasha WeemsOct 15, 20251.010-15-25 @8pm I went inside and purchased a big container of oil a headlight for 07 impala and the lady that was working was so freaking RUDE AND HATEFUL I asked if someone can come look at my cars headlight she said he'll NO well as I was checking out the nice young man working said he would come help me as soon as there was no customers in the store I was willing to wait but then she overheard and said I DONE TOLD HER NO WE ARE NOT GOING OUT TO HELP HER!!! I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF THERE WAS PEOPLE TO TEND TO IN THE STORE BUT THERE WASNT SHE JUST NEEDS TO GET A DIFFERENT JOB SINCE CLEARLY SHE DONT LIKE HER JOB

My fault bc I looked up the light and I guess I got the wrong number. When I went to check out they sold me the light didn’t ask what kind of vehicle I had to make sure it fit. They just sold it to me. Why should they ask? Bc it’s their job! I’ve worked at autozone and I know their business practices. Well I went to two different autozones trying to get the right bulb WITH THE RECEIPT mind you. The first one told me I had to go back where I bought it bc the tax would be different. I told him I do not care I just need the light. The second store I went to (the original store I bought the light at) told me they couldn’t swap it out for the correct one without the debit card. She asked where it was and I said it was at home. I live 2 hours away from this store and this lady tells me I have to go home and get the debit card before they can give me a swap. All I was wanting to do was swap it for the right bulb. They BOTH HAD THE SAME PRICE! The 6’+ Amazon told me to not get mad if I wouldn’t go home and get the debit card. I’ve shopped with autozone since I was 16 and had my very first job at an autozone in Harriman, TN. I can assure you after this fiasco I will not be shopping at any of their stores from now on. I don’t mind shopping with Oreilly or Advance. What a joke customer service is. What this tells me is they don’t want you to shop with credit or debit cards they only want cash in a basically cashless society. Do better, not that I’ll be back and don’t send one of them responses that starts out like “please give us another try”. Nah I’m good. Half the employees don’t speak English then make fun of you in Spanish not knowing you speak Spanish too. This company is a joke as well as the people they hire!
